Hasbro Made-to-Order Figures

I mean if they really wanted to go out and do an entirely battle damaged Sentinel, why not just introduce a chase variant? For every ten sentinels sold, a battle damaged version is thrown into the mix? Those other purchases would offset the cost of the variant and it encourages folks to buy more sentinels in the hopes that they’ll score a battle damaged version?

I usually only buy a maximum of one or maybe two of ANY offering including army builders (though I did buy 3 Skrulls and 3 Hellfire guards) so, I would actually be livid if I ordered a sexy Sentinel and instead received a battle-damaged one. Just sell the battle-damaged version as a separate specific offering in tandem with the regular release. I'm sure they would sell comparably.

Eh, I hate the idea of chases, especially at higher prices like this. Still, they could produce a battle damaged Sentinel in the MTO model and I think it would sell on its own.

As far as diorama stuff goes, I get this is the Marvel forum so this is kind of off base but I really think they should consider doing a Millennium Falcon cockpit MTO. Yeah, full 1:12 vehicles are just too damn big but I reckon they could make a nice killing on a cockpit piece if done well and they go all in with the lighting and stuff.
One of the things I want most from the Star Wars line right now is exactly this.

I'd love this. I still use those bases for my classic Claremont/Byrne era X-Men display.
Thirded. Those Sentinel-Scraps bases are still one of my favorite things ToyBiz ever did in Marvel Legends. It's a shame ToyBiz didn't lean more into that type of thing once they determined the BAF model was where they wanted to go.

But also.. yeah, I see no reason why 90% of the existing MTO Sentinel can't be used toward a second MTO 'battle damaged' variant later. Couple more damaged parts, throw on some black scorch marks or a bit of dirt/smoke damage or whatever on the paint job...

Honestly, IF I have the money (and that is a big IF at this point), I'd be down for a battle damaged Sentinel....I'd actually like that better than a pristine one as it would convey action on the shelf. Of course, I'd be sad that I don't have a pristine one as well, but what can you do?
