Harvinger Studios, Savage Crucible

I would think if they're going to be announcing anything new or really interesting, it's going to be on their own terms, on their own channel. That's the one I might actually need to sit down and watch. Or maybe an hour after it starts so I can watch on 1.25 or 1.5.

Off topic, but Rob Post mentioned, I think its, InArt requires you to send a video of a complete un-boxing of their product to prove it broke out of the box or for reasons that aren't user-error to get replacement parts. There's a QR code on the box to submit the video. Otherwise they may not send you parts.

If that is true, that is funkin' monkey nuts.

Ha! Here's 6 hours of 8k video showing every second of time I touched the figure.

Man, I would very much like to have that knight in hand by March.

It is InArt, and it is true.

I feel like a company that demands you make an unboxing video JUST IN CASE the toy is broken is a company that doesn't deserve anyone's business. I think I only piece I have from them is Zhu Bajie because I love that character in mythology but that level of commitment for damaged items is crazy to me.

Particularly after having a ridiculously good customer service interaction with Frazetta about an hour ago. It's possible to not treat your customers like dickheads.

It's true. Thankfully I have a camera set up for recording things, because they want you to show the OG shipper and label and keep it all in frame every step of the way, no cuts, showcasing every step of the unboxing and product.

I only have three items, and never had an issue, and I don't think I'll continue to do it.

On the other hand, I've run against eBay and PayPal wanting you to record the whole packing process to protect "yourself". Spoiler, they didn't give a fuck.

As a bonus, many of the Asian and third party companies I get niche figures from also request a recording process and have seals on the trays that tell you to inspect it visually before breaking the seal, and if you break the seal, you void the warranty.

Maybe it's a Chinese or HK thing.

Throne potential.

About recording an unboxing, most of my issues from various figures are stuck joints. Can I feign that on camera then run a blow dryer over the joint and pretend I still can't move it, if I were dishonest? "Errrr, I can't move this knee no matter how hard I strain!"
Sideshow used to ask you to destroy the statue or figure and take a photos. Not sure if that's current policy. Never had an issue requiring another figure.

Well, given the polar bears they've had displayed at shows, and the fact that Rob in one livestream mentioned that the Silver Warrior would be a Frazetta and Moorcock licensed figure, I'm assuming that Urlik Skarsol/Erekose/John Daker is one of the two. I think the other one will either be Corum (with a soft goods red robe) or Dorian Hawkmoon, maybe Jerry Cornelius if they want to throw a curveball.

Throne potential.
I've seen that crystal throne going around, it's not quite how I pictured the ruby throne though. I dunno. I feel like at some point im just going to need to make my own.
