Variants are a hard sell at this price. The one I'd be interested in is the spectral GBs from the Citizen Ghost episode (basically, their movie suits are animated by green spirit versions of themselves). Really hope they steer clear of doing versions based on the toys and just stick to the show.

I think that might be the biggest challenge for Mondo. I think their might be a steep drop off of interest for the line once they get past the 4 main characters and their looks. Janine sure. After that though it is mostly ghosts that people seem to want so does the line become a single release line and no more two packs? Do they do repaints/variants as suggested and hope they sell?

If the price were a lot lower (which I know they can't do) I could see them going long, but I still wonder how long they can stretch this out past the main team. Unless they go real slow on releases (once a quarter?).

I think it was Hector at Mondo who floated the idea of Christmas looks for the guys from the episode X-Mas Marks the Spot. I’d be tempted as I love having Christmas figures on display in my house around the holidays and these existing guys are going to be Halloween decorations for me. I also wonder when the Hasbro license expires and if there’s a chance for a price adjustment when it does? Christmas figures would be fun, but a $404 set would not be.

A little late to the game here, and maybe this is in the wrong thread, but I just ordered the Winston 2-pack and afterwards, I realized I was charged sales tax on the tariff. Is this correct? Maybe this has already happened to most of you and is legit?
