General Toy Nostalgia

Thanks a lot guys. Because of this thread I am now in the middle of watching the Inhumanoids cartoon movie. Have to say I am not really enjoying it all that much. I like some of the story elements, and hearing a bunch of the ARAH voice actors, but overall I am giving it a 5/10. Oh but I do love D'Compose's ability to transform people (especially Sandra) and how they all seem to call humans "fleshy slugs."

Up next after that will probably be Robotix episodes since they were recommended (probably because of watching Inhumanoids).

Some times I read your comments and can't agree with anything you said. This is not one of the times. Samoas #1 of all time.
The two of you are monsters..........coconut on cookies??? Monsters.

Tagalongs all day, everyday. Those Adventurefuls look pretty damn good as well but I have never personally seen them before.

I guess that's how I know I was a fat kid, because I liked all the kinds of Girl Scout cookies. Except for those plain ass Trefoils. Truly the saltine cracker of Girl Scout cookies.
Every person I've ever known was absolutely shocked that I've been thin for my entire life with how much I just absolutely fucking LOVE shitty food. I will eat cookies, cake, and ice cream all fucking day. Every day. And when not eating cookies and cake, it's cheeseburgers and pizza.
It's shocking that I don't weigh 300 pounds and haven't had six heart attacks by now.

Oh, same. I wouldn't say I eat super healthy, but I don't eat like shit either. I exercise moderately (though I have admittedly been slacking here lately), and I'm still slim. I take after my mom's side, and they've all been skinny, regardless of what they eat. It may catch up to me later with a heart attack, but at least I'll have eaten a butt ton of yummy ass food before then.

Point is, as someone who can stay skinny no matter what, gimme them Thin Mints, cuz I like that shit. In fact, I just had that new Thin Mints Frosty at Wendy's the other day. It was Slap-Yo-Mama good.

I'm in my early 40s and I found my eating habits have mostly only caught up with me because I've spent the last several years now running a company from a desk instead of being out in the field doing the physical work. I imagine if I kept active all day, I wouldn't be struggling to keep that little bit of extra weight off, and would still be able to eat horribly (and boy do I).

As-is, I'm finally having to slow down and not eat an entire box of cookies in a single go. And if I stopped working out, I've gotta imagine I'd REALLY have to stop snacking because that's probably the only thing protecting me right now.

But thin mints are lame cookies for lame lame-os. Sorry, not sorry. Get yourself a samoa cookie and stop being a nerd.

I'll gladly be a lame-o then. A skinny mini minty lil nerd. But I can fuck up a box of Samoas too. My mom hates coconut of any sort, which always meant more for me. Samoas, Almond Joy, Mounds. I'm suckin' that shit up like a vacuum.

Apparently there's a new Rocky Road inspired sandwich cookie this year that the girls are offering. If anyone tries any, let me know how they are.

I think the real question is- do ya'll refrigerate your cookies or eat them room temp?
