“Currently Unavailable” doesn’t necessarily mean it’s sold out, it’s just currently inactive. Amazon is just working out a few kinks in the listing but it should be available for purchase once those glitches are ironed out

Man, I'm pretty easy going on a lot of things, but Mandarin looks completely white-washed and those clawed hands look ennormous. I want to want this, but it's so damn bad. I feel like I'd have to take the head and fists since they're the only hands with rings and put them on another body and then paint the skin tone. But his eye's still won't look correct. Nah, gotta pass on this.
 
Just FYI, my understanding has always been that comic Mandarin is half white. The figure is not inaccurate based on the art, which itself is realistic regarding what some multi-ethnic people (like me) look like.

I bought the set for the upgraded Iron Man and the Mandarin hands. What would be a good shirtless body for the head and hands, I wonder.

Seriously? I had no idea. I don't remember that being said in comics, but I bow to you in Iron Man and his villains lore. I'll admit, I hated the art on that run because again, his coloring looked white-washed. I always thought he was 100% Chinese.

Not that I doubted you at all, but I like to be better educated, so I did a quick Wiki search and it says his mom was an English aristocrat. That info does make a difference on my purchasing thought. Still don't really need an upgrade on the Iron Man, but the new info does make me like Mandarin more, even though I'd def. prefer a much more toyetic look for him.
 
Yeah I wasn’t really a big fan of the story or art in the Fraction Iron Man comics (at least after Five Nightmares, which I did like).

But the Iron Man Director of SHIELD Haunted story with long white-haired Mandarin was great.

Finally received FF She-Hulk- I somehow missed that she doesn't have hands to grip the barbells that come with her. Weird. Otherwise, she's pretty great as everyone already knows. Do wish the long hair was softer to allow better ROM, but that doesn't seem to be in the cards for Marvel Legends with long hair.

She should have hands to grip them. Mine came with them.
 
Yeah I don’t have a problem with the Mandarin heads at all. I’d basically be cool with the younger head on almost any version of the Mandarin.

It’s the ringless, clawed hands that give me the yellow-peril racism “ick”. There’s literally no reason for them to be in there, other than someone thinking they look “Asian” with the claw-nails.

Mind you: I’m glad those new hand-sculpts exist, because every step toward making classic Dracula more achievable is awesome for me, and these hands are literally perfect for that (as is the new dress-coat-with-longer-coat-over-it piece, come to that), as if they were actually sculpted for that. But for the Mandarin? WHY? And then he even has a SECOND set of ringless hands. Why does the Mandarin need two full sets of hands without rings?

Sigh, all of this is academic because I totally preordered this, because I fucking love the Mandarin and I am starved for him in Marvel Legends and in pop culture in general, but yeah this whole thing is just weird.

It's in the lower part of the tray underneath the She Hulk paper insert.
