-With finishing the Inhumans last year and the main Alpha Flight team this year, maybe there's hope for finishing other classic teams like GOTG. Hepzibah is supposably coming in 2027. Maybe the Starjammers will be completed.
-There is only one villain in this wave, and he's disguised as a hero. We need more villains. An entire wave of them.

That is a good analysis. I understand the next BAF wave will probably be released around December a la Executioner. We have lots of leaks but correct me if I am wrong, we know nothing about the next BAF wave, am I right?

I know you mean good, Beamish but I can't consider classic Alpha Flight complete until they give us Talisman. She's as core as Box.

All we know is that there is another BAF wave for 2026. Absolutely no clue as to who is in it, if there is a theme, etc.
Looking at the remainder of the rumor/leak list for 2026, the only possibilities might be:
-Wolverinepool
-FF in the Future Foundation suits. There is no indication if they are sold separately, two 2-packs, a multipack
-Cloak and Dagger. There is no indication if this is a 2-pack or if they are sold separately.
-Cypher (with alternate Sam Guthrie head) - pretty sure this will be on a retro card to match the rest.
-Jim Hammond Human Torch is somewhere in the mix of things after Dwight's conversation with SDcomics at SDCC.
-Iron Man MK3 Gray, but it had "Pulse" written next to name, so Pulse Exclusive maybe?

What if...
The next BAF is the FF in their Future Foundation suits and all figures are tied into any of the related storylines:
1) Reed
2) Sue
3) Ben as Thing
4) Johnny - human form
5) Jim Hammond as Human Torch
6) Diablo
7) Wizard (Mad Thinker, Maximus and Nathaniel Richards are also in the villains mix)
BAF Watcher or Annihilus, although I think Annihilus will be a deluxe and not a BAF

Alternate heads would make the most sense from Hasbro's perspective, but both of their headshots are on the card art with Emma and Onslaught. Seems kinda weird to put an alternate head on the art like that, right?

Cannonball and Cypher should absolutely be on different bodies, so maybe we will actually get that. Doug could be Sunspot reuse and Sam could be on a taller, slimmer buck.

I think the Pizza Spidey buck would be fine, seeing as Sam was very tall back then. I also don't think it'll be shared body for Cypher and Cannonball. I feel like 5 years ago it might've been, but with the effort they've been putting in to make the characters feel unique. Sunspot is just a painted blank body after all. Would it be so outrageous they if they used Pizza Spidey for Sam? Shoot, use the Mr. Fantastic vrsion with its alterations and it'll still work.
 
I'm optimistic that Cypher and Cannonball will be on separate bodies. Cannonball will come with the blast effect from the X-Force release with swappable legs, and Cypher will come with that Warlock skateboard from that one image and a QR code for a free month of Rosetta Stone. C'moooon, Hasbro!
 
I now have 12 pre-orders at BBTS. Marrina didn't make the cut, and Alpha Flight came off the shelves tonight.

Not the first time our heroes have fallen.
