If so, that's the first I'm hearing about it. What villain teams are even anywhere near close to completion?

That's fair. I don't know that Leland is BAF material, exactly, but I certainly wouldn't turn him down.

Is the villain BAF possibly just a new Ares? He’s the only remaining Dark Avenger we don’t have a modern (IE, not a pre-2013 body) Legends figure of.

(Technically a Mac Gargan Spider-Man too, but they clearly thought Ai Apaec would be less redundantz.)
