One of the original GI Joe operatives, subject was quick to make a move after the Lewis election, dropping off the grid before even some of the top brass. Prior to enlistment, Stalker was a warlord in a large urban street gang; the unanticipated side effect of this is that he was ready to begin organizing against the new administration rapidly, bridging the gap between veterans of the military and veterans of the street. Current whereabouts unknown.
