G.I. Joe Classified Series

The Coastal Defender box on wheels thing is amusing, but we're already getting the Joe defense shed. Unless they make another variation of the shed with some different types of walls and accessories. Maybe they'll end up doing something like that. But make the next set with some different wall paneling. Computer console, etc.
 
Someone may have mentioned it already on here, but to anyone who never got or found one, Dial Tone is in stock and ready to ship on Big Bad Toy Store.
 
I almost never switch away from BBTS for a preorder but weirdly the timing of getting them now from Amazon would work better than later. I'm not even in a rush, the math / timing just works out better. (And BBTS IS getting a ton of money from me this year.)
 
Honestly I think BBTS is getting alot of money out of most of us this year. Thats almost exclusively where I buy my stuff now. Amazon if I have to on occasion, and Pulse if I have 0 choice. But BBTS has been my go to since the Dorkside debacle years ago. Want a name I can trust lol.

What sucks is i defended it at the time. Cause we have no idea what really happened. If I understand correctly the owner said something bad about or to Hasbro and they almost cut him off, making it hard or impossible to fill his orders. After that who knows. Maybe he went nuts. Maybe he was a scumbag and somehow long conned us all. I have no clue. At the end of the day, he took my money, and then didn't send me my stuff. He only got me for like $200. I vaguely remember him getting alot of people for alot more. So, whatever was his goal in the beginning, he stole from us in the end. Not even an apology. Just dissappeared with it. That irks me.

Yeah that REALLY sucks. And $200 is not nothing, but yah some got hit worse. I dunno, maybe he got into coke, but I remember at the time even "joked" he was mobbed up and they'd stripped him to the bone and there was no choice any longer but to torch the store. I even photoshopped a picture of Ray Liotta and Joe Pesci waiting outside of Dorkside as the fire started.

Then.... There's Ferrara Market!

It's difficult to know how to feel about it specifically because of the lack of transparency, even now, in what actually happened. Even the last bit, about how the dude never popped up to even apologize or anything is a tough one to know how to react to. Because we live in a very litigious world and with that many people being screwed out of their money, he'd basically need like three different lawyers to read over -anything- and -everything- he might want to say just to make sure he's protected from retaliatory lawsuits or anything like that. Sometimes, like it or not, it's probably safer to just disappear.

Even if he didn't do anything wrong, per se.

I really only bought them there so I could order Dial Tone without paying $20 shipping lul. I was nervous Dial Tone would be hard to find plus I had a $10 EE credit. I was just kinda complaining to pass the time on that one.
