I know a LITTLE bit about how Hasbro brass thinks and operates. I'd say Cobra Mortal is 'on the radar, but not on the list.' There's lots of re-use available to them in this line, so re-use alone isn't going to be a huge deciding factor in whether they make a figure or not. But I'm positive they're aware of what figures are doable with their current library of parts.
 
I would love to have the job of figuring out which parts to use to make which figures. I realize I could probably attempt to do this now, but I want to get paid for it.
 
So I just opened the Slice n Dice set, and you guys are right. These are fuckin amazing. They are so fun. And now my headcanon is that they are super in love, but like the Billie Bob Thorton and Angelina Jolie love, where theyre also both super fuckin crazy, and then they do the most ridiculous shit in the halls of the cobra layer lol. Thanks guys. Thats all cause of you.

Well I don’t want to jinx it, but it looks like I will have Hawk/MMS and Desert Scorpion in-hand today!!!!
Damn, this line is coming fast and furious, Mercer and Sarge will be here in like a day, SNAKEs are on the way, just got Slice and Dice . . . oy vey.
 
Just got an email from Walmart Canada that my Beachhead/Quick Kick set is delayed and they will update me once they have a new expected delivery date.

Also Crystal Ball is back in stock on Walmart.ca
 
Damn it. I skipped the Cobra portaloo thing because 55 for that and an Alley Viper repaint just wasn't doing it for me...

..now I have two of the damn things coming because I just found somewhere selling it for under half price. Curse my weakness for bargains.

(they had a Tiger Paw & Wreckage for the same price as well but my resolve held for I will never sanction Tiger Force's buffoonery).
 
So messing around with Slice n Dice more, they do have issues. So, Slices knee is a wobbly mess. Feels like something broke on the inside. Fixed it with super glue. Still a little loose but better then it was. And his weapons look kinda cheap not being painted. But it really sucks cause paint has a hard time sticking to this sort of plastic. I expect what little paint is on them to come off very easily. And for Dice, no butterfly's is a bummer. But the design is kinda why they wouldn't work. And mines ankle joints are a little loose. I will probably have to tighten them as well. Why did he get his weapons painted and Slice didn't? And I'm glad theyre not a rubbery mess but I did almost break one just trying to put it in his hand. I need to be careful with those axes. I also gave him some extra swords I had lying around. But the lack of weapon storage saddens me. I absolutely love thr heads though. So I may get another set if it goes on sale or clearance to display more then 1 head. Or at least maybe get an extra Dice. That bald head/hat/cape look is too good to not.

I’m not in a rush to get them but I’m really close to canceling Pulse and just getting the Mercer and Hawk sets in stock off Amazon so I know when the packages will arrive. Both aren’t sold out so even if there is some Amazon shenanigans….

(EDIT: Hawk isn't "in stock" but shipping the first week of October. I just switched my order from Pulse to Amazon so I know I'll get it while I'm at home later this week and not on the road mid-October. Any opportunity to NOT have my poor partner running zone defense for Pulse packages...)
