Holders for both his axes? It's the little things that put these guys over the top.

Is the grey vest and the black vest underneath on SE part of the same piece? If so this guy might have terrible upper body articulation... we need some StG promo pics because as usual these style promo pics have bad posing lol

Looks like the belt is a separate piece from the vest, which should help some. Really depends on whether he has a hinge or a ball-joint chest.
 
I love the half wrench/half axe weapons for Monkeywrench. Definitely excited to get him and glad these aren't exclusives.
 
I don't have Dial Tone yet either. I have him pre ordered at BBTS and Hasbro Pulse. But I will say, I pre ordered him much later than most. I can't wait for these figures tomorrow. I definitely want all 4 of the main figures. I probably won't get the CLAW. But Snake Eyes V.4 and Battle Armor Cobra Commander are two of my biggest wants.
 
I’m hoping the CLAW isn’t *too* expensive, because this one is like the Trubble Bubble in that I want multiples of the figure AND the vehicle (usually it’s just the figure). I love the small flying Cobra vehicles (can’t wait for a Fang!!) and that Valkyrie Commando (“pilot” is not a sufficient descriptor for me, so I am head-canoning away) is a truly badass looking trooper. I’m also glad I grabbed a couple on-sale extra Valkyrie sets, because those extra heads with the CLAW on the tan-straps Valks will finally make perfect early-comics female troopers, which is something that technically didn’t exist at that time but should have.

Now: bring on a comics-style male Cobra trooper/officer with tan gear (and pinless limbs!) with alt-helmets for trooper/ofricer and an alt-portrait for SCARFACE!

The other one they could do is the Viper pilot, which I think..
Was the trooper with the officer's web gear? I'd have to look again.

Viper Pilot was trooper with the officer’s insignia, which is to say a silver Cobra emblem instead of the normal red for the troopers.

All the comic troops had red ones, officers and troopers included.
 
Ah that's what it is then. The officer with the retro troopers gear. Then may as well.do a.retro trooper with the officer's gear heh

Kinda like how you *know* we’re getting a full-retro v2 Snake-Eyes. Where? How? When? No idea. But it’s definitely gonna happen.
