KISS and wrestling were my whole life when I was six years old. Then Star Wars came out and I got more . . . sophisticated? I think their appeal is a factor of when they got onto your radar.
The KISS comic supposedly used the band's blood in the ink - how would that gimmick translate into ML figures of them?

For me things like KISS, Care Bears, Defenders of the Earth, etc. have had or have had sufficient toy representation outside of ML.

I wouldn't mind KISS figures. Do people hate KISS that much? They're definitely way too high and mighty, but I thought that was part of the schtick.

I think a large part of it is Gene Simmons. It is pretty hard to like that guy.
