It was Wagner, but he deliberately based his Batman on the rendition by Mazzuchelli because he wanted to set it shortly after Year One.

Man. I'm in a tough spot with this. I don't approve of Mezco's business practices, and I don't trust them to make a figure that lasts more than three years. That said, I really want this. I'll probably bite the bullet and let my $140 fly. It'd be a much easier decision if this thing were $25.

We don't even know how well it moves because all of Mezco's product photos are bullshit.

The Mezco Gordon came with both young and old portraits, though the hair on the young portrait was more brown than the orange/red hair in Year 1.

I'm worried about the fabric bodysuit holding up and staying clean. What does the buck look like under there? I'm wondering if it could simply be painted once the bodysuit rots away.

I heard elsewhere it's the Captain America buck, so posing should be worthwhile.

As for under the suit, they usually look like blank bucks.

You could paint it, but at that point.

The bodysuit itself should hold up. It's only the pleather that's usually an issue, pink Batman aside.
