In order I opened them:
Castor is fun. I didn't realize he had 3 hats, so that's cool. He is really cute. Speaking of which, I love finally owning a Eugene! One of my favorite non-speaking animals in all cartoondom. I'm going to constantly want to to put him on my dashboard in my Jeep until they come out with another variation. Nice bonus that his head and arms move. The wiffle hen is a nice pack-in which brings back memories of not just him, but the other hilarious bird gags from the Fleischer cartoons.
Olive is great, but I don't think I'll do too much posing with her other than head and hand swaps to be safe. Her open hands (I really wanted to use at least one) do not snap into the wrists at all making them useless. The other 4 are fine. The fabric skirt was another surprise and is adequate. I feel it's a little loose around her waist, so to keep it from looking slightly off give it a pinch in the rear (the skirt, not Olive) to make it look perfect. The right amount of stiffness in the fabric for more comical poses. Swee' Pea's wrist articulation was unexpected (and appreciated) as was the magnet in his head (I thought he was the only one like this until I started writing this review). His cap really only sits at one position because the pull is so strong, but at least you can turn it around to give him attitude.
I still really love this Bluto and if it weren't for his foot I'd be satisfied. That said, he has a few issues. Maybe I got a dud. Besides the foot, I'm guessing his waist is supposed to turn as well (?), but it doesn't. And his head has the weakest pull of all the magnets--probably because of his plentiful hair the other figures are all missing unless this figure was exposed to heat for an extended time. Hands all swap nicely.
This Popeye is damn near perfect. Not much to say other than it's awesome they gave us 2 pipes in case you lost one. Ok, if I had to find one negative his lapels, or whatever, hinder his movement to the upper position in the most slightest way.
