2025-2026 Rumor/Leak List - UPDATED List 12-4-25 (after Brazil Panel)

That really is a weird proposed wave. Marrina's an instant buy but I'm so Deadpooled out. I'm happy ENOUGH with the last US Agent. I guess I might be sold on Trickshot but we kinda already got Dark Avengers Hawkeye, and I don't like Bullshawkeye enough to want an upgrade. I'm always at least a bit interested in a new Psylocke though, and as Deadpooled out as I am, I always thought the last Lady Deadpool was kind of half-assed and would take a look at a new one, but I don't NEED her again. And it's a definite pass if it's a movie version. I still haven't even seen the last Deadpool since Reynolds himself spoiled half the film the day it came out.

You know, at next year's SDCC, we're going to have a little talk about this BAF stuff.

I'm going to be polite and respectful about it. The Hasbro guys have always been good to me. I like Dan and Dwight so of course I'll be polite. No worries there.

But ever since the ... uh ... "Warbow Incident" (Not to be confused with "The Ox-Bow Incident" which was a classic western with Henry Fonda) my feelings towards the BAF model have changed quite a bit. When BAF's first started they made a lot of sense and they were great. It was like getting an extra figure for free. Marvel Legends mostly focused on the classics then and they were a lot cheaper. They were a lot more plentiful, too. Remember KB Toys and TRU? I always bought the whole wave back when ToyBiz was producing the line. But then Marvel got into the movie business. And then Hasbro got the license. And we're not going to get into all the "And thens". Suffice it to say things have changed. For starters, these things are 30 bucks a pop now. I've never even heard of "Wolverinepool" and I guess I could google it but I don't fucking want to. I'm not paying 30 bucks for a character I have no attachment to whatsoever. Nope, nope, nope.

But Attuma IS a character I have an emotional attachment to and have loved since I was a little boy. Just like the Executioner. And I resent having classic characters being marketed like this. I know there are kind people out there who help their fellow collectors out and I will be forever grateful for them, but it shouldn't have to be this way.

So yes, there will be a discussion. I will make my feelings known. And if I hear "Well, this is the only way Skurge and Attuma get made" I'm not buying it. Hasbro made 4.136 billion dollars in profits in 2024. That's billion. With a "b". Their CEO paid himself a 16.8 million dollar bonus. I don't know how much Marvel Legends made but they're still making them. Corporate greed is real. It's a thing. I love Marvel comics and I love those characters but Hasbro is taking total advantage of that. I'm a little tired of it.

So if you google "how much does Hasbro make from marvel legends" this is what comes up:

Hasbro doesn't release specific revenue for Marvel Legends, but it's a significant part of their Consumer Products division, which saw revenues around $4.1B-$5B annually recently, with estimates suggesting a decent profit margin (maybe $1.50-$2.50 per $20 figure), though overall company revenue has declined, they've retained the vital Marvel license through 2026.

Key Details & Estimates:
  • No Official Numbers: Hasbro reports overall toy sales, not specific product lines like Marvel Legends, so exact figures are unavailable.
  • Strong License: Hasbro holds the Marvel license at least through 2026, indicating its continued importance, notes Lyles Movie Files and Marvelous News.
  • Profit Margin Speculation: While precise figures are secret, fans estimate Hasbro might profit around $1.50 to $2.50 per $20 figure after costs, making it a solid earner despite tight retail margins, according to a Reddit post.
  • Context of Hasbro's Business: While Marvel Legends are popular, Hasbro's overall revenue has dipped (around $4.1B in 2024), but strong brands like Marvel and Star Wars are crucial, say GoLocalProv and Macrotrends.
In short, while we can't get a precise dollar amount, Marvel Legends remains a flagship product for Hasbro, contributing significantly to their lucrative toy segment, despite overall market fluctuations.

If it makes you feel any better, Wolverinepool is from Deadpool and Wolverine concept art and is not coming out in a BAF wave. Whoever said Wolverinepool is in a comic BAF wave got some wires crossed.

All I can tell everyone is this:
Mid-June a list that looked like an order form showed up, which was reported by Displaying Model Behavior, Marvelous News and other influencer types.
I copied the pages from Facebook and posted them on page 20 of this thread. They are no longer available and I have absolutely no idea where I got them from on Facebook.
I just watched Displaying Model Behaviors YouTube video concerning the rumor/leak list.

The following characters had BAF next to their names and they were listed together, also Displaying Model Behavior mentioned them together, but not the rest:
Marrina (this was hotly debated due to translation on the original form)
Ghost Rider (no mention of Vengeance but that's who Displaying Model Behavior speculated it was)
Hawkeye
Wolverine (latest comic version was written next to the name)

The following characters did not have BAF next to their names and they were listed together:
Psylocke
Lady Deadpool
American Secret (which was apparently mis-translated from U.S. Agent)
Wolverinepool

Is the recent list Enforcer found on Instagram true?
Is any of this true or are we looking at another Princess Python/Slyde false info scenario?
I guess time will tell.

I hope Psylocke, Lady Deadpool and U.S. Agent are part of a mini-comic wave since they would do well at retail and the other 3 BAF characters have never been made in ML form, like a Serpent, an Imperial Guard member, a fun never-been-made-before villain like Wizard or Nightmare.

This would be ideal. If the Psylocke were first appearance, I’d get her. And if U.S.Agent is the ForceWorks costume, I’ll get that as well. But I enjoy the mini-comic waves just because it lets me pick and choose without feeling forced into anything like BaF waves do.
