McFarlane DC Multiverse

Thanks!

That's actually quite a good deal, and the figures themselves look nice.

Is the Classic Harley an outfit she actually wears/has worn in the comics? More of a Modern Harley, but just realized she's grayscale. One step forward, four steps back.
Don't honestly know, but I don't believe so. I think it's just an homage to her comic outfit/colors, but on the Robbie sculpt. But like you said, the skin isn't skin colored, so it feels a little strange. Were it not for the softgoods fishnets, I'd say it may be an easy enough custom to just paint, but those have me wary. It would just be taking up space for me, so I didn't go for it. Can see it being a pretty popular ebay item, though.

So I’m assuming tomorrow or Sunday we see the social media “glamour shots” of the Digital Wave. Crisis Joker and Zero Hour Superman. Layup Platinum for ZH Superman has got to be the Resurrection suit. But I’m wracking my brain trying to figure out the Platinum (or Red Platinum) for Joker.

I hesitate to even say this: might this be the Nicholson Joker? There’s nothing else I can think of for that Perez design.

All kinds of things could be those Platinums.
Joker could be Animated colors with grey/black hat and coat.
Superman could just be a non-mullet head.

Animated colors was my first thought as well. That trenchcoat look for him, I'd argue, is almost as iconic as just the plain purple garb.

As much as I do expect Todd to pull some shenanigans with Nicholson Joker, I also think he knows there's enough demand that, even if he does want to promote a side brand like Digital, he'd simply lose out on money. Which, if the likeness rights are as expensive as folks claim they are, he'd want to make back as much as he can.

The comic Harley in all the pics I've seen is not grayed scaled? She wore a darker costume like that in the comics.

Edit. let me rephrase that, it's loosely based off one of her more modern looks wearing darker colors. You know McFarlane is not going to spend the extra money to give DC fans anything except Batman to be the most comic accurate.

So what am I doing wrong backing the campaign? I select my tier, log in, entire my info, then get a spinning wheel of death. It says I’ve backed the campaign in my history but I can’t like view or edit my pledge.

Apparently they've been having some trouble. McFarlane even posted on their social media that pledges are taking a bit longer to go through than normal because of the high traffic volume. I'd say keep checking back- check your history, check your bank account, etc. Otherwise, can't hurt to send them an email.
