Roberto? Yeah, I'm.... kinda sure... he wasn't there until it was officially re-branded as X-Force. But now you've got me thinking I need to check.
 
So what are people doing with the spare head that comes with Mystique? I take it that's Jean as the Black Queen, but is there a figure out there I should be looking to pair it with? If the recent Emma Frost was peg warming anywhere I'd consider buying and painting one, but that was a pretty in-demand release from what I've seen.

Okay... got it.

Bobby is in New Mutants 98 in a HORRIBLE costume, with like a Zorro mask. He leaves in issue 99. He's hanging out with Gideon in X-Force 1, so he's still around but not with the team.
Going through old issues, though, I think what I actually want is New Mutants 100 or X-Force 1 as a boxed set rather than 99. Shatty only appears in the last panel of 99, and I think I like Domino's costume more in X-Force 1 than in New Mutants.

This is my preference also. But I think those designs can carry as individual figures in waves specifically because they haven't really been done/done well yet. Whereas the #1 costumes are living in that liminal space where they've all been sort've done but not necessarily very well and are getting pretty old at this point compared to modern figures. So I don't expect them to be redone and take up 8 slots or whatever over the next two years, but maybe stick them all in a big 'we remade this entire team' boxed set.
