General Marvel Legends

I had a couple of friends in high school where their moms divorced their dads so the two of them could be together. One friend was cool with it, the other would insist they were just friends. I think he eventually came around, but it was a bit awkward.

I gave myself a little present today and opened a figure that I'd put aside for a special occasion. I need to grab a nice robust stand for her so I can get her in a nice single leg dancing pose. The only thing I wish she had is a portrait with a wild grin sort of like Deathbird.
I gave Spiral some different swords to mix things up and man, she does look cool on a shelf. I can't say I -enjoy- posing her. There's just so much going on that I definitely do not. But she looks great. And such a huge improvement over the first one.

My Scarlet Spider (the retro card release) fell over the other day so I've been fiddling with him and trying to find a new pose for the shelf and I have to say I really hate these drop down hips. They're already loose and I really haven't messed with him all that much. I'd be happy if Hasbro phased these things out. They add so little anyway.

Drop down hips started (at Hasbro, that is) with Joe Classified, I believe. And I honestly couldn't even tell you if those figures still have them because I -never- use them.
