@Xavion2025 Preach, Brother!
Updated - I received the Sentinels today, and what a great figure - so toss up between them and Shuma as my top choice.Shuma Gorath is fun and was reasonably priced given the size, and is a needed addition to the Dr Strange shelf, so that is probably the top for me this year.
It’s a fantastic, fun-filled blend of superheroes, Star Wars, and a bit of the chivalric literary knightly quest tradition, set against the classic “aliens among us” sci-fi trope, set within the Marvel Universe circa 1979-1986 or so.I kinda want to know what the fuck a Rom the Spaceknight is even supposed to be, but then I'm kind of afraid someone will tell me.
But like... what is he? Why does he have a big Transformers chest and head but spandex-clad arms and upper legs?It’s a fantastic, fun-filled blend of superheroes, Star Wars, and a bit of the chivalric literary knightly quest tradition, set against the classic “aliens among us” sci-fi trope, set within the Marvel Universe circa 1979-1986 or so.
I think it’s tremendous.

That's an excellent explanation, thanks. I guess I could have Googled it or read a Wiki or whatever, but hearing it from actual fans of the material is a lot more satisfying to me. What else are these communities for.Oh, sorry, I get you now.
He's a Galadorian male (Galadorians are for all intents and purposes Homo sapiens) who sacrificed half of his physical humanity in order to become a super-advanced cyborg warrior known as a Spaceknight. Galadorian technology is, as is most extra-terrestrial tech, much more advanced than Earth technology; thus the unique armor/physical appearance. He's not a robot; he's a cyborg.
Edit: Or you can just read Stoopid_Sandwich's reply, which is more concise and probably a better answer.![]()
