Action Force and Valaverse

Well, in light of all this thrilling character study, I may as well tell you that my Amazon America Lima thing shipped from whoever that third party was.

It said end of January but here we are. Frankie needs a shotgun.

Because this lawsuit wasn’t about the shirts.
Just responding to this as a matter of discussion. Please don't take this as an attempt to dogpile you or argue with you.

I know the lawsuit wasn't about the shirts. But Bobby makes a whole big point about how the shirts are -partly- to blame for starting all of this. So his hypocrisy is relevant. Because he's still saying HE can do it, but no one else can do it. Someone else can make shirts parodying a company and he's happy to acquire such a shirt and wear it in a filmed appearance as the head of a (rival) company. But Kenny cannot also make a shirt and sell it, because that is harassment. Somehow.
But if it's harassment then wasn't Bobby engaging in the same harassment of Super7 by wearing just such a shirt. It's either harassment or it isn't, right? He can't absolve himself by saying he only wore it, he didn't make or sell it. He still -supported- it. And he did so with a bigger platform than Kenny has, as far as I can tell.
This mostly still applies even if the only argument is that it was IP infringement. It's still something Bobby is apparently happy to engage in as long as he isn't at the butt end of it. If you start with unclean hands, it's hard to gain any sympathy from anyone that isn't already dedicated to being on your side no matter what.

Again, this isn't what the suit is about, but Bobby himself holds it up as an instigating incident. But he chose for it to be, because he chose for Kenny to have to operate under different rules than himself. Which really means Bobby instigated the entire thing by making a fuss about it and threatening to sue Kenny - which, again by Bobby's own admission, is what happened when he first told Kenny to stop with the shirts. Something Bobby actually had no legal right to enforce so far as I can tell (and Kenny has not lost any lawsuit to suggest I am wrong).

Obviously, I'm judging this early on. I'm not sure if the matter of the shirts comes up again and Bobby admits that he was wrong? If so, he'd still have to admit how much he exacerbated the entire situation by being wrong about this key element of their beef. And again, none of it justifies anything Kenny did or might have done later beyond Kenny's right to defend himself in court against a nonsense lawsuit or threats of a nonsense lawsuit.

It's not 'because Bobby said X, everything is Bobby's fault.' It's just 'Bobby is putting all this out there and in the first 17 minutes he does nothing but come off as an aggrieved, whiny, pathetic little baby-brained clown who was also 100% wrong at every step of this stupidity.' That doesn't mean Kenny won't come off the same or worse. Let's be clear about that. None of this is a defense of Kenny's actions with the sole exception of 'hiring a lawyer to defend himself.' He's perfectly entitled to do that and that alone.

Continuing with the video starting at just after the 17-minute mark and oh my god guys....

The very first thing out of Bob's mouth when I play the video is him saying Kenny did something "I don't know if this happened because I heard it second hand." Then who cares, dude? This is supposed to be your RECEIPTS video. "I heard this second hand and it might not be true and I'm also going to speculate that Kenny might have been drunk when this MIGHT have happened" is not a fucking receipt. It's poisoning the well. It's just shit-talk disguised as 'telling the whole story.' Bob is, once again, acting like an aggrieved little bitch that has to get his shots in while playing the victim.
These two clowns go on to talk about how SO many people were there for this thing that allegedly happened (which has nothing to do with anything, by the way - it's just character assassination to suggest Kenny AFTER this must be at fault because he was being drunk and angry earlier), but despite all the people that apparently overheard this, there is no corroboration ... in this 'receipts' video. I'm not even saying it didn't happen. I'll stipulate that it did. So what? You weren't there, Bob. You were sleeping. Why do you fucking care what Kenny was doing?

Also... fun story related to my above points about the shirts; Bob then blames some Ryan guy for MAKING the shirts (aha! so Kenny didn't even fucking MAKE the shirt that Bob is so angry about - he just wore it, that's so much worse than what we were talking about above). Bob goes so far as to say that the entire lawsuit is Ryan's fault because he made the shirt that made Bob pop out his butt-plug in rage. What a fucking little bitch, oh my god.
Anyway, that's confirmation that Shirt-gate is 100% the instigating cause to all the trouble that followed. ACCORDING TO BOBBY VALA.
Which means.. Bobby Vala is 100% at fault for everything that comes later. Just for the record. Bob just admitted that he started this because he was mad about some shirts. The shirts that Kenny did not produce and had every legal right to wear. Moving on...

OH MY GOD... I unpause the video and the very next thing Sideshow Bob has to say is that he went downstairs and he was 'hot.'
So... he chose to go downstairs while angry because his boyfriend said Kenny was downstairs wearing 'The Shirt.' Delicious. Bobby literally went downstairs to cause a scene. With the guy that he accused of wanting to cause a scene. The guy that could not have effectively caused a scene if Bob had just ignored him and stayed in bed. I love it.

We're only 19 FUCKING MINUTES into this video folks. I will not have time for all of this tonight but my god, I unashamedly love that Bob is dumb enough to just say all this stuff.

I HAD TO PAUSE IT AGAIN! Bob goes 'this guy could not act professional!' BRO. BROOOOOOOOOO. You got out of fucking bed and went downstairs to pick a fight with someone (let's even say a belligerent someone) because you don't like his fucking t-shirt. Goddamn. Then he admits that he went downstairs and 'went looking for him.' So now it's not like he angrily goes downstairs and THERE Kenny is immediately. He had to actively seek him out so that he could pick a fight with him over his choice of clothing. Like the smallest little bitch that ever bitched. This is amazing.

Also, when he finally sees Kenny he is 'probably drunk or high' and 'a mess.' Definitely someone you should walk over to and have a heated exchange with, right? Bob over here definitely choosing to be the fucking adult in the room. He describes what happens next as Kenny not owning up to wearing the shirt and then 'a bunch of talking.' Now, I want to be clear; Kenny is a little bitch for not being like 'fuck you, I'll wear whatever I want.' BUT, I also feel like 'a bunch of talking' is doing some SERIOUS curtaining here. I feel like if Kenny were saying awful things, he would have detailed exactly what was said. So this makes me think Bob was the aggressor and saying some really awful things himself. Which, again, means both Kenny and Bobby are fucking idiot dumbfucks, but Bobby is the bigger idiot dumbfuck for GETTING OUT OF BED to even start all of this, and then choosing to continue with his plan when he realized Kenny, if this is true, was drunk and/or high and 'a mess.'

Cowboys... we are 19 minutes and 40 seconds into this fucking THREE GODDAMN HOUR video and all Bob has done so far is make himself the bad guy. Oh my god, I want to email this video to his lawyer.

Okay... 20-ish minutes in. Bobby is mad that Kenny made rude comments (100% Kenny being a dickhead) as Bob was trying to walk away from the altercation. Here's the thing though... Bobby does not have the right to be upset at the way anyone comports themselves in the altercation HE STARTED. Once again, this is Bobby playing the victim. KENNY is presented as the unruly, unreasonable one for not remaining silent/polite when Bobby left, ignoring WHY Bobby was there in the first place, and whatever Bobby may have said to Kenny during the 'a bunch of talking' that he very deftly skipped over.

Under 21 minutes and I'm pausing it again. He just said Kenny 'played the victim card' by posting on socials that Bobby came looking for him and that no punches were thrown or anything. How is that the victim card? That is a literal description of what happened ACCORDING TO FUCKING BOBBY HIMSELF. I cannot stress enough how much of a loser this guy is. Even if Kenny -deserved- someone to punch him in the face, the fact that Bobby came looking for him is just a factual account of events apparently according to everyone who was there.

Ego-trips a few seconds later about being the 'headlining guest' of JoeFest 2023 and trying to get Kenny banned again. You know.. the guy that Bob got out of bed to go hunt down and cause a problem with because he hated his t-shirt. That guy definitely deserves to get banned from the show, right? I want the promoter's take on this so bad. Maybe he even would have banned Kenny if Bob hadn't done the stupidest possible thing and got involved. Let Kenny hang himself with bad behaviour getting loud and drunk and rude, as we're told he was. I imagine the promoter would assume if he has to ban Kenny for what happened, he has to ban Bob too, since Bob -instigated- the confrontation. Fucking DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Bobby then goes on to detail himself basically harassing the JoeFest guy (Ed), obsessing over whether or not Kenny is aware he's banned from the '23 show. Good look. Definitely the most professional way to handle it is to constantly ask him over and over again. Like a child. Gotta harangue someone until you get the answer you want. Then he admits that despite being 'on edge' for the entire '23 show, nothing happened. Wow, it's almost like if you don't hunt the guy down at 1am things go more smoothly.

HAHA... then the PowerCon dude called Bobby to say he doesn't want any drama. Which immediately implies that people on that side of things understood Bobby is at least -partly- to blame for the drama. Wonderful. Bobby clearly does not understand it this way, which makes it funnier. Anyway.. no issues at PowerCon either despite 'passing each other a bunch of times.' The plot.... thinnens....?

OH MY GOD.. just about 24 minutes in. Bobby claims Kenny couldn't stop and had to play the victim again and all this. Then goes on to explain that other (unnamed) people were chattering about wanting to see the video of the previous altercation, and that Bobby was like 'yes, release the video, I WANT THE VIDEO TO COME OUT.' Then Kenny releases the video.... and Kenny is playing the victim by doing the thing that Bobby said he wanted Kenny to do? I could sit around here all day thinking of ways Bobby could be fucking dumber and I literally don't think I'm creative enough to come up with anything. This is such main character dumbass energy.

Guys.. I am literally just DESCRIBING what Bobby is saying in this video. You can watch it for yourself. We're only 24 minutes in and he is possibly the stupidest motherfucker on earth. He wants so badly to be a tough guy but also be the perpetual victim, and you can see him ocilating between the two from sentence to sentence. This is my favorite video on YouTube. Genuinely hilarious. Every time he speaks it's like that scene in Anchorman when he's like "San Diego, it means A Whale's Vagina." Just the most profoundly idiotic shit spilling out of the mouth of a complete egotist that has no idea how dumb he sounds with every passing moment.

I know, though.. .this post is insanely long and we're only 24 minutes in. I'm sure no one else needs my commentary so I promise I'll stop. But this was really fun. Honestly.

I thought this was more of a defamation lawsuit stemming from accusations Bobby beat his wife and kids and that he stole the Action Force name. I skipped through whole sections of the video but I thought the more serious issue was Bobby having his home address posted on the hisstank. I didn't catch the whole timeline, but that might be the reason why Bobby was granted access to Kenny's text messages and that's how he found out the Skeletron guy gave Bobby's address to Kenny and suggested he mail a dead rat to Bobby's house? I can't believe all the weird shit going on in the GI Joe "community". I just like the action figures!

I was totally shocked Kenny has a "We the people" tattoo on his forearm.

The wife beating accusations were from another guy not Kenny

So I was talking with a friend in Sweden today who likes Classified, mentioned some compatible lines, and he says “I’ve heard the owner of Valaverse is a problem but I never looked into it, just won’t get invested in the figures.” Log on here, saw this thread was trending, and oh boy, all this…

Makes me seriously appreciate how goofy and sane this board is, especially over in the Joes section.

For the record: the posturing jackass bros who *can/do* fight and the posturing jackass bros who can’t fight, are ALL toxic as hell. The ability to win a fight does not make one “strong” or “not a pussy”. Usually, it indicates the opposite.

“‘Great warrior’? Wars not make one great!”

Bobby Vala would do well to learn this lesson before its teachings are forced upon him in ways he will not like.
True, but I was just more referring to them writing checks they were never gonna cash. They both need to learn they can't do that, and if they do that to the wrong people, they would definitely have a bad day. Wasn't so much violence solves all problems, more like, they are doing something that would not be tolerated in some circles, and would be "corrected" for it, violently. Hence keyboard warriors. Honestly though, this situation probably wouldn't be solved with violence, against each other. *But*, if either of them were to do it to someone dangerous, they would probably feel the wrath and get the messege, or a toe tag. Nothing scares someone silent like a *weapons pack* to their forehead.
