This is hopefully the end of it.

This was a response to the gofundme going a bit viral in action figure circles.

“I was sued by controversial toy maker because of a t-shirt” is a lot more sympathetic than “I was part of a group that was part of a harassment campaign against a controversial toy maker”

The most sympathetic thing to do would be to not engage in public assholery in the first place.

None of this is “righteous retribution” or even a fair hearing. It’s just malignant childishness.

And then Kenny posts that Bobby is suing him again and then Bobby is the bad guy again.

Posting the receipts (and apparently the full deposition) can make it stop without having to go to court again

Because this lawsuit wasn’t about the shirts.

It was about the harassment. Things like planning to cause a scene at zolocon, lying about the Joefest fight, and so on.

It really isn’t, though.
Even if that were a thing (what, “winning public opinion” is a goal for winning an argument? who told you that, Donald Trump?), this is not that: this is two grown-ass men having a childish slap-fest in public. I can’t see any reasonable person looking at this and going “oh, yeah, this is a mature and effective way to handle this problem.” Also: this whole “problem” exists because two grown men lack the self-discipline and emotional-regulation skills to hush their yapping mouths and mind their own damn business.

Well, let me tell you something about ACTUAL toxic masculinity from a guy that was born and raised in Boston fucking Massachusetts:

Two things:

First: I grew up in a small town of about 900 people out in the sticks. Country boys. Arguments were often settled with fists, and often followed by life-long friendship, as strange as that sounds. So I'm with you, both of these guys are pussies.
