Jada executes it better. It fits, has a better cut for all around mobility, it has leg drops to get around it, and it generally blends at the waist.Jada is miles ahead of McF. I've been impressed with everything I've bought from them; they're just well-sculpted, well engineered, and I have not encountered a stiff joint with them yet. Wouldn't say the "diaper" thing ever even occurred to me. The reason it stands out so badly on McF figures is because it's bulky and doesn't blend into the sculpt.
I would say Cammy is the "worst" of them because of her unitard and the flesh paint as a part of it.
The quotation marks are the important qualifier here. Not to speak for altcunningham, but I think he's saying exactly what you are - Cammy's design (with no obvious breaks through the waist to hide the lower ball joint) is the least accommodating of that articulation setup, so you end up with an obvious cut with the lower abdomen going straight into the lower pelvis piece, creating that briefs look. It is, technically, the "worst" looking of all the Jada SFs because the rest are easily hidden - but it doesn't actually look that bad, and certainly not like other companies that do this type of articulation poorly and end up with the infamous diaper. That's the design of the character and her costume. How should they have executed it differently?
Sometimes I see people complaining about figures when they're actually complaining about the design of the original character art, and this feels like one of those times. But I'm not sure of it since I can't really see what people are pointing out. Certainly nothing about her pelvis looks like a "diaper." Cammy is wearing a unitard thong in the version of Street Fighter they took the art from, and I dunno how you do it better than Jada did. I'd love to hear some ideas though.

Every food mascot I've gotten from them has had too smooth of joints, unfortunately.Jada is miles ahead of McF. I've been impressed with everything I've bought from them; they're just well-sculpted, well engineered, and I have not encountered a stiff joint with them yet.
