MONDO Masters of the Universe 1/12 and 1/6

Not a Clawful fan per se, but he seems to have the coolest base. I might be in for He-Man, Skeletor and Man-At-Arms depending upon price. The bases are a nice touch, but I think they will likely drive the price up too since the RGB figures don't have them. This line is a hugely cool "maybe" for me personally.

Not digging these are “$TBD” this late in the game, something tells me they’re not gonna be as “more affordably priced” than RGB and will only be cheaper in that “well $100 is cheaper than $101!”

… but that Clawful will be mine regardless of price! The Staction has been a mainstay in my collection for these last 20 years, I can’t wait for him to team up with this monster and that Red MonstOrs Scorpion crab guy!!!

(Also if I’m wrong and these are somehow in $40-50 range, I’m all in, they look so damn cool!)
$Ten Billion Dollars.

Mer-Man looks really good. I always love Mer-Man figures though. I don't know if there has ever been an iteration of him, I didn't really like. But this one looks just how you'd hope and expect for the 200X era.

I was watching this video, and the guy asked Hector if the figures came with the bases. Hector said yes, "The Mondo versions are gonna come with the bases" so I'm wondering if there won't be cheaper non-exclusive versions with this line as well for other retailers.

Thats interesting. So maybe they do something like they're doing with Real Ghostbusters for MOTU 200X.

The Mondo versions come with the big cool bases/stands at a higher price, and maybe at other retailers no big cool base/stand, and perhaps a few less accessories, but cheaper price. That would be cool if they did that.

These look crazy good. I can't believe between Mattel and Mondo how much 200X shit I'm about to purchase.

As good as they look, I'm actually ONLY in if I can get the 'King Grayskull' head and classic Power Sword - both of which are not shown here. I don't imagine they got cut, but if for any reason they do end up cut, or as part of some super exclusive version of the figure, I'll actually be completely out on the entire line.

He does say in that video that those aren't all of the accessories for the figures. And he even says He-Man alone has 4 other head sculpts. So, hopefully all the King Grayskull goodness is still there.

I don't even want the King Grayskull head, I'd rather have it be a separate figure. It's not like I'm gonna buy two regular He-Mans just to use it.

Yeah, I do really hope they make King Grayskull all by himself. I hope they do Keldor as well. But if He-Man comes with extra King Grayskull goods, I'm not going to turn them down.

For me - it's literally the only head I'm interested in using. That shitty axe, shitty mecha-sword, and his anime haircuts can all go straight in the garbage.

That makes sense. I think I'd have to opt for the bases as they add a lot in my opinion to each figure. Clawful is way down the list for my characters I would get, but he looks great and the base is very impressive.

I do like the Merman reveal and his muck-pool base is very fitting.

As for the mecha-sword and not including the traditonal power sword, did Adam/He-Man even have the traditional power sword at any point in 200X? I only remember him having the weapons shown with the figure.

Skeletor's sword in 200x -is- the "traditional" power sword.

But no, the classic-looking power sword doesn't appear in He-Man's hands at any point in 200x. But I'm assuming the reason they showed it with this He-Man previously is as a nod to the very popular Four Horsemen Staction of 200x He-Man, the super popular variant of which had a very cool-looking classic power sword instead of the mecha-sword.
