Jada Toys Scooby Doo

Yeah, I recognize him but don’t recall the episode exactly. Not an issue for me though, I see them as wanting to cover some of the big universal monster types - mummy, swamp creature, werewolf, Frankenstein and Dracula. I agree there are plenty of classic monsters to hit before some more obscure ones but hopefully that shows their dedication to the line.

Scooby's leg looks broke right above the paw. Not sure I'm digging that articulation design

Maybe it is the pic, but Scooby's legs look to be a couple of different tones? Kind of looks like he has short sleeves on as well. I know many will prioritize articulation over aesthetics, but those legs throw me off...

Ok. After doing some research, the fish man is from one of the Scrappy episodes. Scoo-Be or Not Scoo-Be.

I honestly love it. I feel like you'd want that articulation for some posing. If it was just a dog, it would be iffy, but Scooby is so expressive, I feel like it's needed.

I don't remember the creature looking guy, but if he's from the Scrappy episodes that is probably why I don't recall him. I've blocked out the memories of much of that incarnation because of the sheer suckage involved. Still....he's Scooby Doo styled Creature From the Black Lagoon, so he's a must for me.

I'm not loving the weird cuts in Scooby's leg either, but I don't see it as a deal breaker. I think the different tones in the picture may likely be due to lighting.

The more I look at Scooby, the more I don't like him. The broken ankle joint. His upper front legs look like sleeves, not part of his actual leg. His paws look off, too. Too big and/or not shaped right?

Honestly, kinda killing the desire I had for the entire line, which granted, wasn't super-high to begin with, but I was kinda planning on getting them.

Personally I don't think Scooby looks that bad. Might just be a case of how you choose to pose him as to whether or not his articulation will look that bad. I appreciate them putting some major thought into his articulation, even if he really only poses like that, as far as I know, in some of the video games.

But I do agree they need to prioritize the more famous villains first. I wonder/hope the plan is to still do 2 villains per wave, and there's another one they haven't shown off yet. I guess I could be okay if they do 1 newer villain and 1 older villain per wave, but I'd still prefer those classics first.
