Psylocke is awesome! Yeah, all new sculpt. It’s so refreshing to get an athletic build that can still move so nicely. And she finally looks Asian.

The effects just put her over the top. By the way, if anyone was wondering, I had the most luck with her psi maelstrom effects by using the tiny c-clips on the effects to clip onto her two extended fingers.

We are in a golden age. Black Widow, Captain Marvel, and now Psylocke are so good. Beautiful head sculpts, great articulation and proportions. I’d note Gamerverse Black Cat as another standout female figure.

Weather-delayed Betsy is back on the move.

. . . oddly though it’s Thanos I’m most excited for. Not that I’m *less* excited for Betsy, but that Thanos just gets to me. I like the big horns, too: makes him look even less like Darkseid than usual, which is a good thing IMHO,
 
I've got to complain about 1 thing on Betsy. The flesh parts on her upper and lower torso is so thin, you can see the blue pushing through. Considering these are $30 figures, they should have done a 2nd coat on that paint.

I've seen a few on social where the seam line isn't even painted so there's a blue seam.
 
I know I’ve said it already, but I really like this Thanos. I wish the elbows got more range out of them and that he had the splayed finger hand of the original version, but other than that, I think he looks so good. Love that he isn’t permanently screaming like the other Thanos.

I have the classic Thanos and he also has a smiling headsculpt if you don’t rely on the head that comes with the crown

The classic deluxe Thanos came with the open mouth head and an old-man Thanos with a high crown. He didn't have a closed mouth, or even normal smirking head. One of my pet peeves of the figure. I'd like if this Gamerverse Thanos came with an alternate normal crown head, non-open mouth head for Thanos, but I understand it's not from the game. As is, I have no use for this Thanos, so Psylocke essentially would cost me $60. I'm not even a huge fan of Psylocke, so this set doesn't interest me much. I may crack if I see it in person, but it's not that appealing. Kinda expecting Psylocke to get a carded released, maybe with darker colors, within about a year.

And still be cheaper than the inferior Mafex Psylocke. Which is unusual in the extreme since the VAST majority--i.e. virtually EVERY other Mafex equivalent of any other Legends figure--is VASTLY superior to their comparable Legends version.

This Psylocke is one of the more unusually unique and well done figures the team has released in years. I'm having trouble coming up with an equivalent to this, but the one that jumps to mind the quickest was another Target exclusive in the Storm from the set she was in with Thunderbird. But that's rather different in that we had no other comparable (and recent) Thunderbird like we do with Thanos, nor do we have another import alternative to that classic Storm.
 
Having Psylocke definitely makes me look forward to Wolverine and Juggernaut for sure. Wolverine more so since he’s my favorite X-Man but also because of the 100% new body that is also supposedly on par with Mafex or Jada.

I don't have a Thanos in my collection, so I'm hoping this version will fill that void. The elbow range is frustrating, and I don't love the horns, but I think this might be my favorite ML Thanos? I even prefer the colors to the classic version.
 
I'm basically going to have to make daily trips to multiple Targets in the short term as I'm desperately hoping to find both Betsy/Thanos and DC Multiverse Kite-Man because I missed pre-orders on both. Sitting in work meetings both times.

I'm so sick of Target. I NEVER buy anything else when I'm there either because they're so damn expensive.
 
It finally arrived today. My Psylocke Vs Thanos 2 Pack. It is everything I hoped it would be. Psylocke is easily, without question going to be in my Top 10 of 2025 Marvel Legends, and I can see her being number 1.

But this Thanos is awesome! I love the colors. I don't know what it is, but these colors on this Thanos are everything I need to see.

This set is incredible.
