So I am a casual collector of the AI line, picking up a few ninjas here and there, but is this line still active? Hiatus? I feel there is a bit of a shake-up in how The Fwoosh as an organization is running (not saying anything negative or anything, just an observation), so I'm curious just how this is gonna play out. The one criticism I will throw Fwoosh's way is trying to find any official word on anything. I'm not sure who the current "face" of Fwoosh is, or if they have one, but I would like it if they poked their head around every so often.

Anyway, still sad no yellow ninjas are on the way.

it seemed like they moved away from the ninjas to make the skeletons and there was campaigning to get ninja scroll figures made but i havent heard or seen anything solid. the black simplified black ninja is still available to order for $20. so is the gitd skeleton.

I was disappointed that they never even made it clear if they fixed the issues with the original figures when they released the new one. Ever version of the ninjas I've ever bought have had problems with the hips AND crazy amounts of looseness develop in the wrists (or, specifically, the hands - since it seems to be more of an issue with the hands getting loose on the wrist peg, not the wrist peg itself getting loose).

And then, yeah, radio silence on the future of the line pretty much since the Ninja Scroll pre-orders went up? No idea what's going on and, as with most things, Pabs doesn't seem too inclined to tell anyone anything.

That's what I'm wondering as well. I haven't seen any communication about it for...a long time. I'm thinking I probably just made a donation to Pabs after all is said and done.
I think this is yet another reason why it is best that we have this forum. If things do go south with Fwoosh's toy line due to the tariffs or just because, I could see him just taking down the site and forum and going dark.

I mean.. who knows. As we've said here and elsewhere, Pabs is fucking terrible at talking to the community. I not be surprised if the figures never materialized, and I would be equally unsurprised if the figures just popped up in stock one day. Either way, they're too expensive for Canada -before- all the tariff stuff. So I'll just watch and see what happens.

What little I could glean from the instagram posts was that the cheaper one was the same ninjas. They wanted to make a bunch of alterations but it didn't seem like enough people bought in. Which, not especially surprising considering how long it was from the start of the line to that adjustment.

All the forward momentum had been lost, and when Robo left, well, who was even talking to the audience anymore? I really hoped I could grab the Consumed, but oh well. There's the other samurai/ninja line on the horizon and it looks more detailed anyway. I'll cross my fingers for it.

I've reached out asking for updates a couple times. The one time I got a response they stated:
We don’t have one, do you want a refund?
I tried getting a refund and after 2 weeks of no replies or updates I just called to file a dispute on my card. I knew comms weren't the best in the past but this is nonsense.
