Jada Street Fighter

I really love these two. Blanka is a real standout for me. I think Sagat looks a little... fuzzy? Like his lines look soft compared to other figures in the line. But that being said I had him on my office desk yesterday and was I posing him off camera during every meeting to keep my hands busy? Yes, yes I was. He's fun as f*ck to pose.
 
I waited until Monday to ship my POL. Sagat and Blanka are out for delivery with She-Ra.

I've been on the lookout for blue Guile and maybe I'd double up on the two new figures. Toy hunting can be brutal. Last Thursday, Target added one each of Dhalsim, Chun Li, and Bison. Same figures were there Friday at 2:30. Then around 5:30 someone posts a Sagat and Blanka find at that same Target, saying they were there and he left them. This is my store by work, so I didn't go back until Monday when they were up to two each of Dhalsim, Chun Li , and Bison.
 
Finally got my Blanka from BBTS and got him in hand and he's awesome. Fun to pose and lots of heft in the hand. I don't do many alt colorways but I'd buy Blanka again in a variety of colors.
 
Even knowing ahead of time these were larger boxed figures, I was still surprised when I pulled them out of my BBTS shipping box. When I was hunting for these figures in Target, I would peak around the older figures hoping to spot a Blanka or Sagat in the back like the size of these boxes could be hidden behind the other figures.
 
Got Sagat and Blanka from DJC today. Free, as I had reward points. If you math that out for that to happen, that's disgusting.

Anyway.

Wow. Love the size, articulation, construction, and detail. Jada rarely hits me with bad paint apps. They move so well out of the box and can hit most of the sprite keyframes. Honestly, neither are fighters I spend time with, but I'm going for that whole Super roster.

Even just playing with them and posing them all up I can hear the arcade noise and smell the cigarettes, weed, and greasy food.
 
"Player 2" (I thought that was the teal one I got off BBTS earlier this year?) Bison revealed by Jada. Goes up online 7/24.

Buy my shit, people, I need these SFII figures, lol...

I saw the Player 2 Blanka go up on BBTS and was so excited Jada was already getting to him... then saw it was Storm Collectibles and that its over $150... I'll wait for Jada, thanks.

I did the same thing. OH NEW BLANKAoooooh no nope I'll wait for Jada.
 
I've fallen behind on those scaled Storm figures. I wasn't a completist, but I've yet to pick up Blanka, Fei Long, and Balrog. I don't know if I'm unofficially done.

I only laugh because I legit had the EXACT SAME reaction, lmfao. (Storm's is also too big, though I am still kinda tempted by the regular one as a sort of "Hulk-like" form lol...)
