blue Dhalsim! 2nd of 3 SDCC exclusives. what will the third be?

I just opened all of my SF figures I’ve been sitting on since caving on Chun Li forever ago: Ryu, Guile, Cammy, Dhalsim, and Blanka (caved on Walmart at $40, but keeping my BBTS PO at $30, will return it to WM if it ever comes in).

Quick question - did Cammy come with a clear display stand for her energy effect? I didn’t see it in her package, and she’s the only one besides Blanka (whose energy just sits on the table) who didn’t come with a stand. Her effect still has a socket for the stand too.

No, she did not.

EDIT: Didn't realize her effect had a socket. It would be helpful in balancing her for poses. Kind of a shame, but I have extras so nbd. Good eye.

Y'know, it's funny - I was just messing with some of these figures the other night (trying to figure out where to put Blanka, natch) and I found that socket on Cammy's effect, too. If I weren't so obsessive about this stuff I would've worried I threw it out with the packaging, but I'm so neurotic I hold the plastic up to the light before recycling ANYTHING these days (partly cos my eyes are going, party cos I almost threw out those lil clear weapon pegs that come with Cosmic Legions).
 
I figure that's there so you can throw it on a stronger stand like a mezco or figma. The effect stands are nice but still a little flappy compared to.

Nice of them to do that.
 
Weird decision to cannibalize their new Mega Man like that but w/e. Those METs look fun to pose. Now I want Servbots!
 
EB Canada got limited amounts of the Next Level Fei Long and he was 24.99 Canadian. He was $40 USD on their site last I checked, so... copped.
 
I still haven't seen a Blue Guile at Target. I'm trying to take on a new strategy. Wait for new color variations instead of doubling up on P1 figures. As far as I can tell, there aren't many Blue Guiles available on eBay and what is there, will cost around $70.

Which is bullshit, since we're supposed to be able to walk into our local store and pay $10 less. 😒

He's warming at my EB for months. I'd help you out, but between exchange and Canadian shipping, it would run you almost $70.
