NECA 2012 Turtles

I'm trying to remember, Trevor said they had 10-12 figures already sculpted. We've got the four turtles, Shredder, Foot, we have teases for Slash and Splinter already...so still two more after that. It feels like they're jumping in hard.
Awesome! Do you recall where they discussed it?

I'm not at all surprised. TMNT is Neca's cash cow at this point. I think there are a lot of people who will buy into a TMNT line even if they aren't all that familiar with that particular iteration. Or like me they may dive into that iteration in preparation for the upcoming figures.

I'm not a big variant guy either, but there's at least one set I will need from this show that you won't be coming across for a while yet.

A thought I was having going over some of the mutants in this show: is Snakeweed the only plant-based mutant in TMNT mythos? I remember a brief one in an episode of Rise that may've not even been named, but are there any others in the toylines or comics or anything that aren't coming to mind for me?

The way Mikey acts - he's probably also a plant-based mutant, if you know what I mean.

There wan an Audrey II knock-off in the 87 cartoon, but aside from that I can’t think of one. Maybe Muckman looks so much like a plant monster that it felt redundant.
