Well according to sources in the know, Bug, Mari, and Rann are all actual Marvel characters and available to Hasbro for Legends. Rom and Crystar are encouraging outliers.

Given the fact that they made ROM (a Hasbro property) in Legends, and that they're doing reprints of both ROM and Micronauts in both Omnibus and Epic Collections, I've been hoping a deal has been made that would allow Legends to include at least Acroyear and Karza along with the dedicated Marvel characters Rann, Bug, and Marionette in the line.

I don’t actually love BV’s modern look, it feels like a Spawn variant from the 90s, like “Tribal Spawn” or some nonsense.
I wouldn’t say his classic outfit is more “accurate” to an actual Houngan, but it feels more authentic and less “oooooooh voodoo is SCARY!” to me. Modern outfit is trying too hard, also looks too much like a bokor as opposed to a Houngan. Black Talon would be more at home in a version of that outfit, with some cock adornments of course.

Bug scales to regular human size now as part of the Guardians, I'd like regular sized legends for the main cast, and like has been mentioned, static size small pack-ins like we should get with Ant-Man and Wasp...

Very much this right here. Normal Legends size for everyone, but they each come with a small slug of themselves at roughly 1:12 scale to the figure. If memory serves, when the Micronauts were in the "normal" world, they were about 6-inches tall.
