DCAU/Batman Animated

Debating how much I actually need Clock King to hassle with Target's continual 1am cancellation practice only to turn around and have to sell 2-3 of the figures. I don't have Mad Hatter yet, don't particularly need Zatanna.

I've gotten this line fairly happily so far because I didn't have get the DC Direct ones, but the Target exclusiveness has nade it more difficult than I'd like.

Yeah, I ordered every figure from the Bruce Wayne wave immediately when it went up, approved several delays, and then Grey Ghost was still canceled. Thankfully, the others weren’t, but I did have to way over-pay on eBay for a Grey Ghost to finish the BAF.

Yeah, I’m still pissed I never even got a whiff of the Gray Ghost - just a cancelled preorder.
Don't give up hope. I literally just found mine today. I wandered into my Target in NC to see a full box of BTAS sitting near the display, not put out yet but opened. Snagged my Ghost (even though I have the DCD one already) so I can finally finish Jonah.

Yeah, as someone who still hasn't managed to get Jonah Hex or Bruce Wayne (never saw any of the Bruce wave here in my neck of the woods), I'm not excited at the prospect. Maybe, if we're lucky, toward the end of Todd's tenure, he'll release all the BAFs as either single releases, or a box set like he used to do.

If it's any consolation I had to source the entire wave at a premium. Upon getting it I noticed how flexible Jonah's hair is on his head...meaning the white paint cracks along the edges. Money well spent!

I ended up paying basically retail *just* for Bruce's legs. And y'know what? I wasn't happy about it, but I was happy to be done.

You reached the unattainable goal all toy collectors have for themselves that day. The desire to be "done."

Tomorrow, however, is another day. That is until that day becomes your surviving relatives are trying to determine what to ask for your "Custom Anatomically Correct Boob Window 90s Sue Storm" on Ebay. Only then will you be truly free.
