See, but that’s an example of the red stripe being centered below the star. It’s not the thin stripes I have issue with, it’s that the red stripe needs to be centered. Very idiosyncratic, yes. But that’s how I like it. But others have shown examples where centered red is not always the case.

Even with the asymmetric design I'm seeing covers where the red and white vary with the alternating placement and part of it bugs me.
