JOYTOY 1/18 Scale TMNT

I emailed them and got a response this morning. As we have experienced, it would appear the issue is pretty widespread:

“We have identified the issue and arranged a reshipment for your order. The tracking number will be updated later. Meanwhile, we will issue an official announcement about this matter on our social media platforms. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.”

Edit: saw they made a post on Facebook that basically just says a bunch of stuff shipped in a certain window is “lost” and that they have already reshipped affected packages. I kind of wish they gave us the option to just wait for Metalhead or the van.

Huh. I did notice a new label in my Informed Delivery that I didn't recognize, maybe thats it?
 
I received an order update email for my new Leatherhead with a different tracking number. Didn’t check to see if it hit Informed Delivery first.

I also got a new shipping notice for mine, which is good because my tracking for the old one now says this:

"The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse."



 
That’s a new one. Is that in Informed Delivery? Mine just vanished there and the tracking service they provided still doesn’t say anything new.

Yeah, I think they disappear form Informed Delivery after a couple weeks of no new entries. But I still had the tracking number saved, and I also got a text message about it because I opted for notifications while it was still showing up in ID.

Yeah, I got a new shipment for Leatherhead coming too, no changes on that old tracking. I guess just sit tight and get the new shipment now. I feel bad that they seemingly lost all that product somehow.
 
I guess it’s not a huge surprise. I’ve often wondered how some of these companies manage to get such cheap shipping rates.
