I emailed them and got a response this morning. As we have experienced, it would appear the issue is pretty widespread:
“We have identified the issue and arranged a reshipment for your order. The tracking number will be updated later. Meanwhile, we will issue an official announcement about this matter on our social media platforms. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.”
Edit: saw they made a post on Facebook that basically just says a bunch of stuff shipped in a certain window is “lost” and that they have already reshipped affected packages. I kind of wish they gave us the option to just wait for Metalhead or the van.
