It worked! First I direct messaged on fb, with no immediate response. But then I commented on the post about the Conan PO closing and within minutes Sara responded, saying she’d resolve via email. She said couldn’t find my emails, not even in spam, saw that UPS never scanned in my package, but decided to refund my entire order and ship me a new one due to the poor customer service experience. I mainly wanted to keep the existing order because I used a coupon to drop the price to $60. Will wait and see if this new one shows up via USPS. I’m just glad they still had Vamp in stock.
 
That's fantastic, @NORM - I had a feeling if you could actually catch Sara she'd resolve it for you. She really does seem to care about the legacy of the name and how people think of the company and wouldn't want to leave you stranded if she knew it was happening. Glad they still had Vamp in stock for ya!
 
So this was my interaction with Frazetta Girls:

Hi Norman! So sorry but for some reason we haven’t received any emails from you. I’ve even searched the spam folder just in case. I do see your package never scanned in. I’ll submit a lost claim to UPS and will send you another Vampirella tomorrow. I’m going to send you a new tracking number and I’m going to refund your entire order for the inconvenience and bad customer experience you’ve had.

Hi Sara - I appreciate all the trouble you’ve gone to. I would have been happy to keep my existing order but the refund is also welcome. I wanted to let you know I received the figure just a few minutes ago and it’s exceptional. I’m so impressed by the quality. Great figure all around in terms of sculpt, paints, articulation, accessories, especially the additional portraits and hairstyles for different looks. I’m even impressed by how easily she balances (on heels!) even without the use of the gorgeous display base. Thank you for your attention to my situation and for rushing the figure out. I look forward to acquiring more figures from Frazetta Girls.

If you ever get a chance to meet her at a gallery or con, she's a sweetheart and often goes out of her way to hook fans up.
 
Caved at the last minute and preordered that Conan and just got a shipping update from them - this really does feel like a family business, because all the alert was about was that congestion at the ports because of the tariff slowdown has pushed shipping back a few weeks. I just gotta give props to a small company that bothers to put out a branded email letting you know shipping might be like, 14 days behind. I'm over here like I literally had NO IDEA when they were shipping this figure. ZERO. I appreciate the transparency!

Really?

I pre-ordered the day it went up and haven't seen a thing.

Eamon, designer on the line, just posted that the ports are clogged at the moment and shipments have been delayed for two weeks or so. Are you sure it was for Conan, and not another delivery? Or maybe just a pre-shipment label?

Email subject header was Conan 1:12 Action Figure Shipping Update and had a pic of him in the body of the email. Went out on 6/24 if you want to check your spam folder.

Just a little update and mea culpa, and it'll be shipping mid July.
 
I wish more of the classic artists had this level of stewardship for their work with their family. It's just a well-run business and the family members seem deeply invested in doing it right and respecting his legacy.
