Xesray Combatants Fight For Glory figures.

My Berenice is going to be in the heat for at least three more hours until someone gets home, 90° and muggy according to the forecast.

Even if it's only allows a smidge more movement, I prefer the two piece armors like Bernie's. The figure doesn't have much torso range as it is, but even a little bit helps. Nip slip if she leans back too far.

The dye problem being as bad as it is is making me reconsider Cassia. I don't know if i wanna go through all the work of getting her and keeping her clean. But I know if i cancel, and I want her later, I probably wont ever find one for a good price, and she'll still have the dye problem. I looked up a couple things online about fixing it, and its a whole Lotta work, washing the clothes by hand, some sort of acne cream, keeping her in sunlight. Its just a giant hassle. Id also consider just leaving the soft goods off but I don't think she'd look good that way, and that wont fix it if shes already got dye bleed. At this price, I really don't wanna worry about these issues. Hildr had the broken wrists and now this... Definitely keeping Berenice ordered though. Just Cassia im torn on.

I removed the dress from both of my figures. I considered the staining to be mild compared to some figures I've owned, but that doesn't mean every Cassia is only going to have light staining. You might never notice the staining if you leave the armor and dress on. My figures are very cheeky without the dress 🍑 Hopefully xesray has learned their lesson and will limit soft goods mostly to capes.

If you decide to remove the dress, I think the best way is to pop of the head and arms and lift the strap over the neck, then pull down under the armor without undoing the sides. You might also need to pop off the legs or lower torso to make it easier. Be careful around the nether regions (between the legs) because the plastic is soft and thin. I removed all the armor on my first figure and the side buttons are so difficult to close back up. I could close up only the top button on each side.

I can’t re-fasten the armor either. Relying on the sheath belts to hold it all shut.

I did manage to refasten the armor, had to take a pen and stick the tip through the loop till it was wide enough, but I did break one of the loops, and I did get ink all over my thumb, but five out of six isn't bad.

I'll be really honest unless you really like her particular design or want her parts for customization she's probably not worth it. Even after rigorous treatment I couldn't fully fix her skin stains, and I'm unsure if her clothes are usable even with treatment. (Her dress isn't THAT nice anyway) her face and complexion are also similar to berenice who is much nicer.

She's a good figure, but held back by her issues - IMO
