THIS! I know lots of folks like the translucent look for Iceman, but to me a classic look for him should have a frosty appearance. Iceman is one that we keep getting SO close, but as yet they haven't nailed his truly iconic look.

Same. I'm over translucent for Iceman. Just make him look like he's depicted in the comics and let's at least see how it looks. Toy Biz mostly went the frosty route with their Legends and XMC version, but it was a bit overdone (and the sculpts certainly show their age as well).

Priority would be the X-Men member Mimic but the Exiles Mimic was a really cool variation on the original. Would definitely pick him up.

So, first off, here are the two "Build-A-Waves" I made over on Fwoosh, and we've already gotten or had announcements for a few of them...
FYI, that Siryn is 100% the Capullo costume - we'd already had the figure we have when I made that, but A. No screaming head, and B. Not the costume I want lol. Also really nice to see how many I wished for that we've already gotten by now or will be getting shortly!
I'm gonna spoiler my list, because I'm using pictures, and don't wanna make my post a nightmare to scroll past if you couldn't be less interested. Fair warning, it's mostly 90's trading card characters (or the cards themselves, because they're the best pictures I could find of the costumes I want), lol. -First of all, I want an apology Wolfsbane, and I don't want it to cost us anything. We'll give Hasbro back the fucking orange one, and they can give us the correct paintjob in exchange. Someone should be fired for that decision. 
-I'm trying to put together a business dress Val Cooper at the moment, but I can't afford the parts, and really want her in the uniform.
-Lila Cheney should be a simple enough look, but this one is my favorite.
-And yes, I want Layla Miller, lol. Adult in the uniform with the future tattoo would be perfect.

X-Force:
-With Feral coming, I'm almost completely happy with what we have for everyone else. Except that Siryn costume, lol. Also, I wouldn't pass up a red & blue Warpath on the new Uncanny X-Force mold we just got (well, I haven't gotten it yet, but I'm hoping to one day). I really wasn't a fan of the sculpt we got in the Strong Guy wave.

"Uncanny" X-Force:
I put it in quotes, because I got one issue into "Uncanny," and I hated it, but couldn't think of a better way to differentiate the Kyle/Yost from the '90s, lol.
-I want Vanisher in the uniform instead of the plain clothes, but I want to make sure he has ALL his tattoos, as both these pictures omitted some.
-Wolfsbane would be easy, especially with the two heads, "before" & "after." I would rather have EVERY new character in this list before this figure (or even the Siryn I want or a "correctly" colored X-Factor Wolfsbane - it was just easy to put it here with Vanisher & be done with the category lol)

-Jim Lee Cerise, 'nuff said.
-Feron is another figure I'd want to be able to sit like that, so maybe a soft goods "skirt" (lower half of the robe). A way to make a book float in front of him like that would be rad, too, lol.
-Kylun needs to look appropriately feline in the face sculpt, unlike some artists' renditions I've seen.
-It would never get funded, but I would do whatever I had to to back a Micromax HasLab, lmao.
But I'd be 10000% fine with a regular 6" one, with a/some smaller version/s of himself packed in.
-Widget's energy body could look pretty awesome with some translucent plastic. And then she'd obviously need to come with her retracted version as an accessory with the Headpool "floating" stand. I have the Riboblito cast, but I still haven't painted it...
-I need Pete Wisdom to have the loosened tie & rolled up sleeves. He can come with alternate arms & a jacket, but I need the option for the former. Also, I very much prefer when his hot knives look like claws, so translucent hands for those would be great.
-HASBRO, DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE UNDERARTICULATE, MAKE A BAF, OR STICK IN AN EXPENSIVE MULTIPACK AND/OR CON-EXCLUSIVE. If you wanna force us to overpay & army-build Pete Wisdoms or Widgets in order to army-build Warwolves, that's fine. But they need to be easy to get a couple without having to unload 6 other figures & spend a thousand dollars beforehand to do so.
-And I don't know if it's ever been canon (616 or the rest of the multiverse), but I just want a fully-articulated, Hasbro Classified dog-sized Lockheed. I think that'd be fuckin cool, and I think people would want it for the same shits & giggles that I do, lol.

-Ahh, the bastard who makes me unsure of how Wolverine's mohawked son's name is pronounced, lol. The costume is the same between the comic pic I chose & TAS, I would just want the brighter saturation of the colors of TAS D'ken. I just think it would look nicer on a shelf with other equally colorful figures.

Hellfire Club/adjacent:
-I hate multipacks, but I would be in for a two-pack of this version of Fenris, with an accessory that the Baubier twins should've come with - hand-holding hands. Look to Figuarts Uranus & Neptune. The hands sculpted together in a solid piece, pluggable on both figures' wrists (though Figuarts does wrist pegs, so here the pegs would be on the hands piece). I figure Andrea's boob-window would necessitate Fan Channel, anyway (not that Hasbro actually distributes their Legends to b&m stores anymore...).
-Black Bishop, Ambassador, Harold Motherfuckin Leland. Come on. Let's fuckin go.

-I made a custom Lady Mastermind out of AoA Kitty & chunks of the blonde Cuckoo's hair to change up Kitty's 'do, but I wouldn't say no to a proper Regan.
-I JUST WANTED THIS HEAD FOR KARIMA IN THE FIRST PLACE, lol. Pack it with Regan.
-I have Riboblito's Beak cast head & arms, but shocker, I haven't painted them yet, lol. Plus, I'd want his uniform anyway. Though I do like the featherier forearms & neck plume.

I actually would be fine with the training yellow & black for the character pictured here. I just prefer other looks for other characters, lol.
-Like Anole. I do want Victor with his big arm, but I also want an original skinnier arm to match the left to swap in/out as desired.
-And Blindfold. I especially like the matching bandana around her eyes.
-I really would wanna put Josh with "Uncanny" X-Force, but this is by far my favorite costume for Elixir. He definitely needs to come with healing & hurting parts, though this costume may make those moot, haha. Whoopsie!
-Graymalkin would be neat.
-While I again hate multipacks, I feel like Gentle kinda needs one for his "before" & "after." The powered up figure could utilize some blacklight or glow-in-the-dark paint>

-I'm combining Dust looks here, lol. I love the gold X buckle and red sleeves under the long black ones, but I also like the red under the tunic, too. And I don't think there's any costume difference with the niqab I inserted, I just really like the way it was drawn there, and would like that as the sculpt. Don't think we need an unmasked head; it would feel kinda icky lol, but if they did, I also like those earrings with the buckle/sleeves pic.
-WE NEED THOSE NEW ANGEL WINGS IN ALL THE COLORS. And getting another Guthrie with Icarus would be an awesome way to get them in red.

Obviously, Hisako needs to be a fully-articulated figure. But also no one wants her Armor to just be a static shell, either. So, you put swivel points in at all the necessary joints: neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, waist, hip, knee, ankle. The torso can be split in two, with a clip for her waist on the inside of the back to hold her up inside. Then, you'd plug in the head & limbs. It wouldn't be completely articulated, and you'd definitely have to pre-pose her before putting her inside, but you'd still have her fully articulated, and the shell wouldn't just be a solid shell...
-C'mon, Hasbro, you have so many Wasp wings. Give Pixie a set.
-I have no specific costume that I want for Rockslide. I just want Santo's bestial headsculpt with the pointy brow ridges and jutting out tusks. I do NOT want "grey Thing in an X-Men uniform," lol.
-Hey, look! Surge matches Prodigy & Icarus! I've pieced together a custom, but haven't painted the hair yet, which is the only permanent change I'd be making, so, c'mon, Hasbro, save me the work & head part...
-Hey, look! Tag & Wither match Cessily!

I specifically want Abraham Kieros as War, Autumn Rolfson as Famine, and Plague as Pestilence. Yes, "just like in the cartoon." Sue me, lol. Though I 10000000% know Autumn as Famine, because of that frame - X-Force #16 was my first ever X-comic ever. When I recently reread X-Cutioner's Saga, I was practically able to recite that issue by heart, lol. Which might be worse Nostalgia Goggles than TAS, but here we are, lol. And hey, we already have Archangel as Death to go with them, so they complete a specific team!
Morlocks:
Yep, still cartoon-rosters, lol. Aside from Marrow, who we just got, and duh, Callisto, they're the only other Morlocks I recognize (I only ever knew Caliban as his Horseman form, which we already have, thankfully).

I am not including Henry Peter Gyrich, since his head is coming with Morph, and that typically feels like a better bet than him getting his own figure. Not that any of these are any more likely, lol.

Replying to your MLF inquiry, your mystery character is (drumroll) nobody. I did some searching, myself, and then I seemed to recall hearing a story about that image. That character was drawn in as either someone intended to have been in the team, but never showed, or a misrepresentation of another character. Essentially he’s filler. Shelby appeared one time, for what amounted to a necessary plot devise, and was never heard from again.
The Xtinction Agenda had mystery MLF members running around in the background carrying guns, and appearing like foot soldiers. Who these characters were, was never established.
That character on the card is a similar example. He’s a member that never actually appeared in comics.
Hope that helps, and sorry if that disappoints. But, consider him a blank slate you could do a custom of, and develop his persona yourself, if you’re so inclined.
