My Goblin Queen's right leg falls off constantly too, so now I'm wondering if they're the same hips and legs.

Would not put it past them. "We can't keep producing this "quality" at these prices, something's gotta give, we'll have to raise them again!"

I thought they were the same legs, but I don't have Goblin Queen. They looked about the same in Robo's review.

The thighs are definitely not the same - maybe from the knee down.

Has anyone found a way to fit Sunspot's hand inside of that new flame effect he comes with? It looks like there's a little bit of hollow space to fit a hand into within the effect, but I could be wrong. In the promo image below they just show the bubbly-swoosh latching around one of the open hands he comes with, but I'm going to keep trying to see if I can fit his hand inside somehow.

Also--anyone know what's supposed to be happening with that effect? What is the bubbly-swoosh thing supposed to be doing? I don't understand the intended mechanic of that effect.

I quit trying to force it and just think it looks like it goes better with Pyro anyway. The Nike Fireball thing I just attribute as being the means that character can hold that fireball somewhat reliably without it falling out, which it still does. Did Sunspot even throw fireballs in the comics? I thought he just got stronger and could fly and had solar energy as his fuel/crackle effect? Fireballs always struck me more as a Sunfire (usually as a beam etc.) or the first Human Torch...maybe even Boom Boom / Boomer.

Did Reignfire throw fireballs even?

That dang swoosh effect has been the bane of my existence the past few weeks I've had him. I'd sooner they have just given him one of the little swirly effect things, which I've grown to despise just from their overuse. All the video reviews I watched said "just slide his hand into the swoosh" and I did, but he still just doesn't want to hold it- feels like the weight distribution is just way off. I don't get why they couldn't have just made it a peg situation or something. I'm considering just gluing the end of the swoosh effect to the fireball to see if that helps any, but I'm not holding my breath. I quite like the other effect, so I'm cool with him just having one for the time being.

Did some grocery shopping with my mother in law at Walmart this afternoon and saw the entirety of wave 3, so I was able to grab Emma. I held Cable, and thought about grabbing him as well, but I already have 2 comic versions, so I passed.

Not quite. I spent another $300 on CT Toys DD and Wolverine, Choas TDKR Batman, and a Snail Shell succubus figure.

Could very well be, and wouldn't surprise me. It's a new piece to me, but the lines/characters I collect are pretty minimal, all things considered.

Which makes it all the more frustrating that they didn't give him something better representing his powers.
