Disclaimer: I am so tired of the whole 'gotta-pack-an-A-lister-in-there-to-sell-the-more-obscure-character' game. I am listing 2-packs I would actually WANT and BUY, not 2-packs I expect they would offer us, or that make shrewd business sense. I know there are those collectors here that roll their eyes at my pipe dream approach, but to them I say ...if an offering contains another phoned-in, re-released, reuse-heavy A or B lister then I do as I've done as of recent: balk and wait for a clearance sale.
