Video Game Action Figure Pictures

Picked up Lilith today. I think McFarlane Toys did a great job. Yes, I think the price is high, but the soft goods and the paint apps really do some lifting here here. And as an avid player of the game, I don't know how they could reuse this sculpt except for like a bloody recolor.

I think she looks great as a Diablo character, and as a generic demon to hang out with my other figures.

She is fully poseable as you'd expect, double everything, and a generous torso because it's really just a big peg underneath the corset, but the dress does hinder the legs but you can just hike it up and she can show a little leg. You have to do that anyway to get the plastic wrapper off.

The blood petals are a nice inclusion, but I don't want them blowing all over my shelf.

Anyway, nas a lifelong Diablo player and someone who still plays Four every few months, I think this is a great action figure. I hope that they pivot from the statues and give us pre-made character class figures now.

Maybe they could do this for Warcraft which is what they should have done in the first place. I think this would be very competitive with my knockoff Warcraft.

I'm going to keep the faith in the Fallout figures because this really delivered in hand.

Grabbed the Figuarts Naruto ramen diorama set off Amazon this week for about half price. Which is about what it's worth because the walls and roof are made of foam board. It's fun and I'm glad to have it, but I'd be pissed if I paid full price for it.

The hands do fit Figmas perfectly.

I finally decided to grab one of those bootleg NECA Lara Croft figures that have been floating around places like eBay and AliExpress for a while now. I have to say im pretty impressed as most of the issues I have with it seem to also be a problem on the original NECA figure. I'm surprised that there hasn't been any more modern tomb raider figures since then. I wonder if with the new game (plus the new remake of the original game) that may change. Especially since they seem to be going back to a slightly more cartoon-y style that might translate to action figures better than the hyper realism of that gritty reboot trilogy. Who knows? Either way I'm surprised no company has tried new tomb raider figures.

Hasbro GI Joe Classified, of all things, has Lara on a long term leak list that's been pretty good so far.
While that's a "out there" choice if that happens I'll probably get it . Especially since it will likely have the more classic blue color scheme. I can kinda see Lara working as a "guest character" In gi Joe . I mean it's arguably less random than street fighter and mortal Kombat.
Besides I feel like one of the reasons that we haven't gotten more modern toys is that the tomb raider series doesn't really have any characters that are toyetic besides lara. So I suppose a one off figure in another toy line makes sense and is probably the best chance we have for getting a new Lara Croft figure.as I don't know if it could support it's own toyline unless it's another "general video game " line like player select was . And the only (sort of) attempt I've seen at that since was that short lived albeit high quality spin master PlayStation line. I guess I'll wait and see if the rumor pans out.

It's also surprising that with all the third party unofficial things we get, we don't have a generic Ruins Runner or something.
Honestly that's even more surprising to me than the lack of official figures

Excuse me, what? I just bought two Classified figures to kitbash my own Lara.

If that didn't work out, I was hopeful for Fresh Monkey's pulp heroes brand.

But, again, what?
