Also, yeah, I get the "Fuck Brianna Wu" mindset. Milo Yiannapolis (I don't give enough fucks about that cock goblin to look up his last name) and his fall from grace is what I look to anytime I feel bad about myself. He flung himself so fully into the grift that he tanked his career, and clout, and even his husband, who he "demoted to housemate" before he sashayed himself back into the spotlight to declare he was no longer homosexual.

I genuinely do wish and hope that one day he sees the harm he forced upon so many people, and his own community chief among them, and that he spends the rest of his lonely, miserable fucking life scared that he won't rise to what comes after this. All he ever was to those people was a bitchy little sidekick, and I hope that realization fucking *hurts* for a long, long time.

But probably he'll just be sad and lonely and pathetic for the rest of his days and he'll blame Liberals the whole time.

Second of all, I will never understand why marginalized people can be so quick to try to become the Conservatives' PET marginalized person. no voting to be done here in Illinois until the spring
I usually do election judging me & another regular then some other random person for a while it has been a high schooler (they have to be 16 or older)
they also make you choose a political party since they require at least one of each at a polling place
interestingly enough Me & the other regular judge are Democrat aligned
we have been there in our precinct for quite some time actually while each time we get a random Republican judge
so far we have gotten along well since we are not allowed to talk about politics even if offhand something comes out it is something we can all agree on
there were municipal elections in spring
I just decided no way can I stand my neighbors that voted for MAGApocolypse so I didn't volunteer
unfortunately my neighborhood did narrowly vote for evil thankfully the whole county did not
there is even an offshoot of former Republicans that created their own local party
there was no drama at my polling place but if there is I could remove any disruptors (with the help of law enforcement if it comes to that)
