Tracking toy tariffs

I got a shipment notification from Hobby-Genki today for my SHF Scarlet Spider. So far, no mention of any additional duties (I paid for FedEx back when the preorder went up and just before everything went to shit) at this time so I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for the time being that all is well.

I didn't notice my email until I saw your post. My figure landed in the private warehouse. I'm a hobby-genki noob. I think I'm supposed to contact them and request a shipping invoice?

I'm a noob as well and did not select private warehouse storage. I have been assigned "Agent 5." Sounds intriguing.

It was all a tease as they ended up warehousing the item last night. If I want to ship it I’ll have to pay an additional 400 Yen plus the tariff (estimated at 15%). I thought I was in the clear since I elected and paid for FedEx shipping when I preordered it. It is what it is, but I plan to ship it and just pay the fee (assuming their estimate is correct).

I haven't had an answer back from them. I didn't pay any shipping, but I also didn't realize I was paying for the figure in advance. I figure if shipping + tariff stays under $55, then the cost will be under BBTS' price if I include sales tax + $4 shipping.
