Third Party Figures

Just received full payment notices for Titan Toys Frost Knight (pre ordered it years ago!) and the D12 Toranaga on Gundamit.

Both these companies are unknown to me so I’m hoping some reviews pop up before the 14 day deadline hits

One thing about my Monkey King though: I twisted the tail almost entirely off the ball joint trying to get it securely inserted. Any ideas how to fix such a thing? Tiny drill and dowel maybe? It's not sheared completely, but enough that it can't hold its weight above the floor now.

Is there enough room that you could get some UV resin in there and hit it with a UV light to cure it? Resin is basically plastic when it hardens, and it might provide enough strength if there's enough surface area.
The other thought I had was super glue with baking soda. Like this hack explains. I've seen Adam Savage use it a few times, and quite a few miniature YouTubers use it to fill in minis they've glued together.

Hmm, interesting. Thanks for the tips!

I love my LaDo Toys Liya the Mechanic. Has anyone been talking about these LaDo figs? I like this knight Liya they are previewing:

G16wbm8bcAEomhj

G16vhtPb0AYFFFz

I never knew I needed a squad of cute wolf girls with RPG tropes on my shelf until I saw Liya. I'm mixed on most of the other stuff.

more previews

It's really cool that they're rushing two versions of each of these five characters out. Basically a combat class and a "job" class. Interesting from a collecting standpoint, kind of reminds me of TMNT figures of my childhood, where each turtle had all these weird side jobs, like pro athlete or commando!

Liya Candyland version is up for preorder for a couple days. https://www.bombusbee.net/product/ladotoys-era-001cl-liya-alopex-candyland-ver

$10 off with "newmember" coupon code for new users. Never ordered from them before but they take paypal so yolo. If this goes through she'll end up being about $10 less than I paid for the regular version from 5k.

I have mechanic Liya, and have Mystic Land Tonia preordered at 5K.
