My wife orders our groceries since it's easier given that she doesn't drive and I'm super busy often enough that regular grocery shopping is very difficult to navigate.
For like seven months we'd order groceries, the credit card company would flag the charge as fraudulent, and then cancel it. No call. No questions. Just putting a hard stop on my fucking -groceries-. We tried a few times to get them to explain why this is fraudulent and the answer was mostly 'just vibes.' And they also refused to put that company/transaction/whatever on some kind of safe list so it stops getting flagged.
I think they only eventually figured it out because it was affecting a lot of people and they were getting yelled at a lot. Don't know if you guys order groceries at all, but if your card declines you also lose your delivery time. Kind of sucks a lot to make a grocery order on Wednesday for Friday, only to find out that you lost the spot and now the next available date is the following Monday and all the groceries you ordered for weekend dinners isn't showing up and now you've GOT to go to the grocery store... even though you're paying people to deliver your groceries to your house. Thanks VISA. Top notch service there.
