Studio Series.

Despite what I did to her upthread, and thinking she needs to click together better in bot mode; my biggest issue was that her neck post is set too far forward under her head. It makes her look like one of the Cletuses Jesse Custer cusses out for having no chin, lol. I didn't fix that in porting over to the Blokees figure tho.

After getting both these dudes together I have a few thoughts.

- the backpacks on both are a bit annoying, mostly because it messes with their balance.
- I think devastator looks better but he’s also more finicky to mess around with, because his body is multiple toys stuck together with the crest sort of holding it in place. He’s a bit frustrating to pose.

- They very well might just stay in vanilla poses forever because they are sort of off balance. The heaviest figures are all in the chest in both cases.
- devastator really doesn’t hold his gun well, it’s like the peg hole is a bit too big on the hands, who

I've been able to get some spread-leg action poses from Devastator. He balances pretty well, though his shoulder joints on both could use ratchets/detents. Once everything is clicked in properly, I don't feel like the combined form is at risk of coming apart.

I actually found Superion to be much cleaner than Devastator, especially from behind. I wouldn't call it a backpack at all on Superion, just kibble. I love that all the parts are on him, unlike how they did Menasor, with some leftover parts.

I don’t have menasor, but I like Superion pretty well
Too.

I also think he’s got a bit more elbow range… that mostly just the design.

The way the planes clip apart is kind of cool but I definitely
Kind of felt like I would break them

I haven’t completed Superion yet, but from the skeleton of the combined version, he felt very stable. I had him in a dynamic wide stance pose for a few weeks without any issues with balance.

I've been needing a pick-me-up and while I was at Walmart to buy a fly swatter decided to check the toy aisle even though none of my Wallys have had anything new (from the lines I collect, anyway) on the shelves for the better part of a year. Low and behold! They just happened to have Mixmaster "King of the Turntables" on the shelf. Mixy was my 1st Constructicon, so this was a nice surprise to find in store.

Just one more I can start slapping these beautiful bastards together.
