Star Wars Black Series

I think Starkiller might never have gone up on Pulse? I just got one from BBTS, still available there at least as of right now.
 
Went ahead and switched my Starkiller over to Pulse and ordered the SCAR 2 pack along with it. Noticed the Mace/Palpatine 2 pack was back in stock, so I ordered that too. My original order is still God knows where, so we'll see if I have better luck with this one; may the Force be with me.
 
$42.99??!! Not hard to believe that over half of consumer spending is from the top 10% of incomes. Hobbies are for the rich, exclusively. Clearance or nothing for me.
 
And he's not available via Amazon, so discounts will be harder to come by.

He looks awesome, but Hasbro, I'm gonna keep that money until he's reasonably priced.

Ill pay it for Galen. He's top 5 fave SW characters for me. Tempted to order a 2nd one because I don't think he'll be discounted later. If he does somehow get discounted I definitely would buy a 2nd one, but I'm definitely not missing this one. Looks like all of his skirt pieces are wired. So I bet that increased the price a bit. That and all those lightsabers...

At least here lately, you can see where the money went regarding a lot of the figures- deluxes included. Not that I'm wild about the price, but you get a decent amount for it- accessories, newly tooled parts, wired soft goods, etc. Not to mention they've really been killing it with the articulation here lately. The last minute switch/miscommunication away from being sold through Amazon also means it's less likely to ever be discounted, at least to any substantial amount, given the reception to the figure/character. With characters like these that are genuinely questionable on whether or not they'll go on clearance, it's best to just get it if you can, rather than deal with the regrets later. Especially if it helps send the message to Hasbro that we do still want more of the games/movies/shows that get a little less love.

With the first couple Maul: Shadow Lord TVC figures being shown off, I hope we get a peek at some Black Series here soon. I'm sure The Crow is inevitable, but I'd still like to see him sooner rather than later.
