Star Wars Black Series

Amazon has shipped all of my Temple Guards now. So, I don't know if they will really get here tomorrow like they say, but it's cool if they don't. As long as they shipped. I'm really excited to get these.

But yeah, the Vader Comics from Disney are well worth reading to any who haven't. You can usually find them on YouTube where people cover the Star Wars comics page by page. STAR WARS Comics Story is one of the best. He covers near every Canon/Disney comic. The videos just go over the pages and panels so you can see the pictures and read the comics as Star Wars music plays in the background.
 
So, Chewbacca has been in stock at Hasbro Pulse for like 3 days. I'm talking the new, better Chewbacca with head tilting action. It's been in stock 3 days, and I have had him pre ordered since pre–Civil War. And that big furry bastard hasn't shipped out yet. Where is my Chewbacca Hasbro?

I'm hoping me complaining about this makes it actually ship. it seems like when Justice mentions something hasn't shipped or messages a company asking where his toys are, they magically ship. So, I'm trying that approach.

And as long as I'm doing that for Chewy.....

Where's Han?
 
It's because I secretly threaten to kidnap them when they get off work and then they wake up in one of my Jigsaw style traps, but instead of syringes or a giant oven it is a pit full of Hasbro's cardboard razor wire that they are forced to fight their way through.

100% of the time it works every time.

My Chewie shipped from Pulse last week and should arrive tomorrow. No movement on Han though.

I just went ahead and ordered a Chewbacca from Amazon. I put it off long enough. I can't wait to see what I get in the box instead of Chewie.

Place your bets. A dead hamster? Someone's pube clippings? An old toupee?

I've also received Han and Chewie from Amazon already. Pulse did, out of no where, cancel my Classified retro Cover Girl and Flint, so I don't know how much love is actually there.
 
It's weird how sometimes they just cancel things on Pulse now. I really don't care for it. I expect that level of insanity from Wal-Mart or Target, but not Hasbro Pulse. That website is getting harder and harder to deal with.

It's so stupid they cancelled those 2 figures on you. They're not sold out and should be in stock soon with plenty of quantity remaining. You'll be able to just purchase them. So, why wouldn't they just send you your pre order.

OMG, it actually worked! They just shipped Chewie.
 
Add me to the crew of folks who will have a lonely Chewie with no Han this week. (Although who am I kidding, Han's already here in an older model, multiple times.)
 
I got a Jedi Master Kelnacca figure today at Wal-Mart for $5! It said $10.25 on the clearance sticker. But it rang up for $5. I already had a Kelnacca, but for $5 now I have two. I doubled my Nacca's for a Fin. Now I have an extra Kelknacca saber and can display one with robe, and one without.

Also, I got in my 3 Jedi Temple Guards. This figure immediately became a contender for Top 10 Black Series of 2025 and probably even Top 10 overall figures 2025. The shoulder armor does hinder the range of motion/articulation a bit as others have mentioned. But still, this figure looks amazing. So many paint apps and details, and some soft goods in places. And there is still enough range of motion for good poses or play. It's a great figure.
 
I went ahead and glued Chewy's, uh.... balls and shaft? (I don't know what else to really call it- is it the cross? Is it the bow?) to the rest of the gun, and it makes a big difference. No more popping off. He's a solid figure- I think I prefer the more shaggy head look in later movies to the smoother look- it makes his head look a bit more bulbous on the figure- but it's nicely executed.

Got my Temple Guards today as well. Ya'll weren't lying- they're great figures with lots of great detail. I gotta hand it to Hasbro- I do feel like there was a time, not that long ago, when a lot of the sculpted detail would've just been paint or decals, but they stepped up here. I don't know what's been in the water over at Hasbro lately, but I hope they keep drinkin' it, because man, their output has been just stellar lately!

Anyone still waiting on their Magnaguard pre-order, by the way? I'm debating just cancelling the order at this point, but part of me knows I'll probably never find it in store (no Walmarts close to me, anyway), and I know as soon as I do, the web orders will miraculously start shipping.
