Star Wars Black Series

I think they've been rectangular again since The Acolyte wave this time last year. They aren't updating re-releases into the new packaging, so maybe that's the confusion?

Except for the evergreen Mando and Vader - those have been updated (but I've yet to see them - and stock is very low in my area these days).
 
Got bearded hippie Ezra today. I really love this character design. He feels like "What if Obi-Wan found some goddamned inner peace in his exile" or something. I also just love when they put some decent new tooling on a Jedi in general. More semi-retired space samurai, please.
 
I got Ezra from Ahsoka too. Great figure. There is a lot of detail on this figure, and a lot of paint apps. It looks fantastic.

I will admit I'm dreading black series reveals the most because I have slowed down so hard on star wars but there are certain figures I know I will not be able to resist. I'm always so happy when they show stuff you guys are thrilled about that I'm not into, so I'm hoping for those! Just one year where I focus on Classified with a touch of Legends, then give me all the Fett I can eat in 2027.
 
All the plain cloth on that new Sidious makes him feel less ornate than he should? Wasn't that a deep velvet material, with a pattern?
