Star Wars Black Series


Photos of the Clone Trooper Build-Up pack. Should've known it would be just the plain white trooper. I suppose there's customizing potential there, so I can't complain too much. Just slap a coat of paint on it and call it a day. No new parts, but it's the army builder/customizer's dream come true!

Yeah, especially since you can't use all the pieces on that figure, so inevitably many of those pieces will be thrown into a bin. I suppose you could try and divvy them up to other figures as well, but only if they're compatible.
 
My first thought is: I'll overpay for the figure if the spare heads are unique enough I can make two of my existing clones into "named" characters. But I'd be willing to bet the heada are somehow not compatible and I'm so tired of throwing unused parts in a bin. Don't Mythic Legions us on Star Wars shit, Hasbro.
 
That Clone is cool; I'll give them that. But One Clone with some armor options for $60? I just happen to have a chance cube, and chances are I don't need to roll that bitch cause I ain't buying this.

I just want Clones with the color stripes. yellow, red, blue. You know.......colors. You guys have seen em. I want the Clones with the color stripes like they let out in the old 3.75" days of AotC and Clone Wars. But just a single clone with a blaster at the $27.99 price point. Not a $60 a pop Clone for every color.

I want to army build them. Not put a Lexus payment down on one of each Clone and color.

Again, cool box set of one figure, but G to the Damn.
 
$60?! Yeah fuck that. If they did that with a Sandtrooper, I would probably get one and hope to get some cheap sandies or dirty M&G troopers to throw the gear on.
 
I like the head options. Not for $60 though. If i see it on sale for like, half off, maybe a little more, I'd consider getting 1 and just distributing some of the other pieces to the many clones I have now. Those heads should fit all the figures on the new clone body. They'd probably fit on the old ones too with some molding. I need heads for Waxer and Boil. And Im sure i could find another clone or 2 I need heads for.

No matter how much I hate wal mart, that was the easiest exclusive to get for me in recent memory. And it says it'll be here in a few days. Target should take some fuckin notes.

Wait they are shipping NOW? That's wild. Just got the named clones. I'm hemming and hawing over the trooper pack.
 
It took me three mins to grab all the Hasbro exclusives for Walmart. The only one in stock was the SWBS Clone Troopers Dogma & Hardcase and the one above which I don't remember but grabbed anyways.
