Star Wars Black Series

That AT-RT set is cool. That and the animated X-Men 97 Professor X are the only Hasbro SDCC items I'm interested in. Well, maybe the Ecto-Glow Ghostbusters item. But the AT-RT set is easily Hasbros coolest Exclusive this year, and maybe the coolest exclusive this year period.

Luckily, there isn't much I've seen in the way of SDCC 2026 exclusives I've felt I wanted. Which is always a good thing.

I'm not going to SDCC, but is anyone going and planning to talk to the SW team? Should we crowdsource questions like we're doing in the Marvel thread?

1 - Padme is severely underrepresented in the line-up. Not a question, just a fact. Is Hasbro interested in doing something special with some of her deluxe looks to test the market to see if it's there? A Theed Amidala is highly requested - do I have to give Iron Studios my money instead of Hasbro? Also, ROTS is not complete without her Mustafar look. Again, not a question. :)

2 - Sequels - are there any plans to revisit those characters/looks? We missed the 10th anniversary.

Sidenote: I just visited Disneyland's Star Wars attraction for the first time - I didn't know even Star Tours had been reskinned with sequel characters. Even a pack of just Finn/Rey/Poe in those looks would probably sell well in the park and satisfy fans.

3 - PELI MOTTO - where? When? Why not yet?

4 - Any plans for Rogue One's 10th anniversary and/or

5 - Andor? What about Pulse exclusives? Kleya, at least?

There are so many Padme's they should make. So many of her looks would make such great Black Series figures. Especially from EP I and II. But like you said, we need the ROTS Mustafar look too.

As far as Sequels, Rogue One, and Andor I really doubt we will see much, if anything from those for some time. I just don't feel like anything from those movies/shows sell well at all for Hasbro. The only thing we might get is an updated or new Finn, Poe, and Rey in the event they show up in Starfighter, or Episodes X, XI, XII, after Starfighter which will likely only happen if Starfighter is a success. But I don't know for certain Poe or Finn will be in any of that even if it gets made.

Who knows.

I was doing some rearranging tonight with my Black Series stuff and I'm kinda in the mood to do some Mandalorian civil war type setups/displays but I don't think I've got my Mando history down perfectly. Anyone know of a good visual guide to be like "okay Shriek-Hawks over here, Maul-helmeted guys over here..."

It doesn't keep me up at night exactly but I would seriously commit a minor felony to see the Imperial Knights made soon.

They're basically my top want in SWB right now aside from -maybe- completing an updated version of the core team with Threepio and Ben. And a better Vader. But if I'm being really honest, I probably put Imperial Knights at the very top because I can live with the versions of those guys that we have, but we don't have any Imperial Knights for me to live with at all.

I gotta grab a pic of the Imperial Knights minis I have. They're fuckin' great.
 
I definitely would ask them about more ST stuff. I don't need them to go into all the background characters or anything but updates (or even first releases) of some of the major characters are long over due. TROS Finn and Poe (or any Finn and Poe with face printing tbh), Ben Solo, Crait Luke, TROS Lando, TROS Palpatine, any Leia with faceprint. It's not like I think they should re-release Constable Zuvio or anything 😂

But I also want to know about Anakin Solo. We have Jacen and Jaina coming and I need Anakin to go with them. Never thought I'd say this but that feels more likely than ST stuff at the moment.

Sequels Finn/Poe/Rey, Padme (a bunch of them), Kleya and other Andor missing characters, you are correct, sir or lady.

I mean, how could they not give us this figure?

I didn't realize they got minis. But I don't pay a lot of attention to that, to be fair.
The 3.75" Imperial Knight figures were some of the best figures of that generation of SW toys, in my opinion. I kept those ones the longest of all my 3.75" SW collection.

It's an old minis game but honestly, it covered the Star Wars universe so well I call it my dream checklist for Black Series. It existed before the sequels, and before Rebels/Bad Batch etc. so those characters are missing of course but in terms of comics, expanded universe, and deep dives, I've never seen a line cover a roster as well as Star Wars Miniatures did.
